I travel a lot for business and when I am in Manhattan Beach I tend to do a walk/jog along the beachfront (it's gorgeous). Afterwards I pop into Wright's --never judgment when they see this somewhat disheveled woman in need of new clothing. I have travelled the world and truly love this store! “I truly LOVE this location and have been shopping the boutique in other location but this is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE because the ladies are sincerely really sweet & helpful when it comes to the most gorgeous and stunning swimsuits .I have purchased 10+ at other locations, but I've been consistently coming to this one because it's the most unique selection. I'm very into fashion and have shopped 3 of their stores in the local area but the suits here and clothing are super unique.I absolutely LOVE the customer service. They help you try things on when it's complex to try on. They pay attention to the details. I've bought the SPF powder which is cute for the beach as well as a collection of swimsuits and clothing that are just statement pieces.HUGE THANK YOU for always helping me look my best. “This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“A bit of context: My mother is getting older--and she's shrinking ! The point is that none of her older clothes fit properly anymore. And while it's easy for me to find casual clothing for her, I have no idea what her current "size" is (beyond the generic small, medium and large).I took my mother into the "Ann Talyor" store inside the Manhattan Village shopping center. I explained my predicament to the salesperson. This store staff was very helpful in identifying my mother's clothing size (per the Ann Taylor brand) and ordering the items we wanted, with free shipping to the house.The bottom line is that I really needed help to make a purchase, and I feel I got a high level of customer centric service.”

It seems that since the store is small that there’s less staff so you won’t be consistently bothered while you’re looking around.”

“Very cool little boutique, and right now, everything is 1/2 OFF! I'm sure for a limited time though. They have woman's clothing from dresses and pants, to yoga wear, to bathing suits (some only $9), hats, jewelry, bags, and now selling cotton masks. I picked out a pretty little floral dress that fit perfectly, and only $22! Open 7 days a week until 6pm. There are a couple curtain dressing rooms and you can try anything on. The owner is very welcoming and sweet. I asked her if there was a Yelp page, and her response was hilarious...that she's old & doesn't social media. So I told her I would start one up for her business. I will definitely be coming back to check out her new items next time I'm back in the downtown Manhattan Beach area.”

“this urban outfitters is very spacious! there's tons of parking in front of the store itself. i walked in a few weeks ago and bought a few of their perfumes! the store was organized. their byoma selection was neat and other makeup products. this store is known for being a bit on the pricey side, but there are a few gems that you can find. the service was fast and efficient. the young girl who packed my perfumes was very gentle with them and assured me how well she packed them so they wouldn't break. couldn't catch her name but she was so sweet.”
