“This place is such a treasure. In the middle of some very high priced store, cute, cute things for reasonable prices. It's so fun to do our daily walk and window shop for my next purchase.”
“I dropped into this location after I learned my Airbnb didn’t have an iron. I needed a suit a shirt steamed for a wedding in a few hours. The tailor Cor took my items right away, despite a backlog of work, and steamed out all the wrinkles. He did it free of charge and politely declined my tip, saying only “please just remember Nordstrom.” I certainly will - outstanding customer service!”
“Really cute place. It’s very small but never seems to be too crowded. The clothes are great. The customer service is even better. The cashier helped us just like they’re supposed to. It seems that since the store is small that there’s less staff so you won’t be consistently bothered while you’re looking around.”
“What can I say about Wright's other than amazing! Katije, Emma, and Monica are fantastic and take the time to help pull outfits together. I travel a lot for business and when I am in Manhattan Beach I tend to do a walk/jog along the beachfront (it's gorgeous). Afterwards I pop into Wright's --never judgment when they see this somewhat disheveled woman in need of new clothing. I have travelled the world and truly love this store! “This store has so many cute items and the owners/associates there at the time are very kind and engaging. I would give it 5 stars, but the gorgeous shirtdress I purchased has a pocket sewn incorrectly that renders it useless and slightly ruins the silhouette of the dress. It was probably my fault for not catching it while there, but maybe there could be more quality control. That said, I would absolutely shop there again.”
“Very helpful saleswomen at this store who make it easy to shop here. I often order clothes online and return items that don't fit to this store to save shipping charges. If you order a full-price item at the store, you can also save on shipping charges to your home. They don't carry a huge selection of petites in the store so I'm able to avoid impulse buying!!”

“this urban outfitters is very spacious! there's tons of parking in front of the store itself. i walked in a few weeks ago and bought a few of their perfumes! the store was organized. their byoma selection was neat and other makeup products. this store is known for being a bit on the pricey side, but there are a few gems that you can find. the service was fast and efficient. the young girl who packed my perfumes was very gentle with them and assured me how well she packed them so they wouldn't break. couldn't catch her name but she was so sweet.”

“I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for this specific Free People. It has been my favorite Free People location for a few years now. Every time I visit the area, I make it a point to stop by, as the vibe is always so welcoming and the layout and merchandise are beautifully displayed.
During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sydney and Allison, who helped me put together an outfit for the night. They made the experience incredibly fun and memorable. I also overheard them helping another customer style an outfit for an event, and I was truly impressed by their kindness, patience, and helpfulness.

“OMG where do I even begin... This is the best retail store in California - period, full stop. The service is unforgettable. The whole staff is so friendly and inviting. It's just such a fun place to hang out and do some shopping. AND THE MANAGER IS AN ABSOLUTE QUEEN AND I LOVE HER. She makes everyone in that store, customers and staff, feel valued and respected. You can tell how hard she works to hold this store at such high standards of experience and service. The selection is phenominal, but what you'll remember is your experience in that store as a customer. They all deserve a raise pronto. Thank you for really caring about people!!”

“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”
