This is the second time I have been in and this has happened. I was wandering around the store for about 10 minutes trying to find a pork loin roast being ignored by a lone employee, male, on his cell phone visiting with friends. Finally a female employee came out and I was quite verbal when I spoke to her, "Since he is too busy playing on his phone to notice customers, could you help me with something?" It was only then I was told they no longer carry it due to some supplier issue and how the animals were being processed was in violation with state law. It was interesting that I could order one on line. The two stars was because of her, otherwise he would have gotten one star because that is as low as I can go.

I've been a loyal online shopper for years, and have had no complaints about the food quality. I absolutely love their prices and products. So I decided to come in store to get the full experience but was immediately disappointed by their staff. Although the store was completely empty, none of their staff greeted us or even acknowledge us at any point. When checking out, no type of interaction was made, and the staff seemed annoyed. Please save yourselves a trip and order online, their lack of customer service training was just intolerable.

Love wild fork, staff is always friendly, stores are clean and well stocked. Pretty much everything we have tried has been good. Everything is flash frozen and most of the prices are good, you may need to do some comparison shopping on some items but overall you should be happy with price and quality. Some exotic meats that are not always available at other retailers.Recommended

Love it! I’ve tried a lot of “exotic” meats from here. I was super excited waiting for them to open and it hasn’t disappointed. I stock up about every 10 days. Affordable and good quality meat and seafood.

There's a review on their NY steaks about "Dog Meat" and "Like chewing leather" I can't agree with it more. Also, don't depend on their online reviews as my review is no where to be seen.Their steak has no beef taste at all and chewy like leather. I definitely wasted my 1.5 hours cooking the steak and $140. My family and I can only hope that it was indeed beef that we chewed on for hours.

First time in. They have every kind of meat imaginable. Pork, chicken, beef, rabbit, and seafood. Everything is pre-packaged and frozen. They also have fruit, vegetables, and bread.Everything is priced per pound but not packaged per pound so you need to make sure to check the price per pound and then what is on the package. The pricing is very fair and competitive. The meat and chicken that I bought was actually very good. Looking forward to becoming a regular client

Very friendly staff and nice selection. I especially like the exotic options. I just wish not everything was frozen, so I didn't always have to plan days on advance.

I live nearby and decided to check it out today. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Though I was a little hesitant with frozen foods, they walked me through the process with ease. I bought the bay scallops as well as lamb cuts. I tried the scallops tonight and they were absolutely delicious. Looking forward to coming back and trying more items.

I really enjoyed shopping for quality meat and fish at this store. It's a great location. They have an amazing selection. My favorite meats were the ground bison and the ground elk. It was a pleasure to speak with Shanti and her boss. We had a great conversation about the quality of the meat and how to prepare it. The customer service was excellent. Particularly with Shanti. There were several seasonings she recommended, but Firecracker seasoning was the best. I was expecting higher prices, but the prices aren't as high as I thought. Moreover, you can choose from a wide variety of specialty meats. My high recommendation goes out to this company. Shanti is wonderful and you should definitely see her. What an awesome person she is. Thank you so much for making my experience so memorable.

Don't be afraid of frozen meets. I work in the food industry and I know that most of this stuff comes shipped frozen anyways. When you go to your supermarkets, they will have thawed it out and put it behind some nice plastic on a styrofoam tray for you. By keeping it in these individually vacuum packed frozen format, this is your chance to enjoy the savings from not having to have someone store it and repack it for you. The other benefit is being able to wet age it in the in the package to your liking. There is a strong correlation with price and quality I noticed. For instance the picanha starts off at choice, then there's angus choice, then there's prime and wagyu. The more you spend the better it gets but the choice that's very affordable needs several days longer to age. Frozen is your friend, do not let the freezers fool you, this is how food is transported and most of what you eat has probably been frozen at some point.
