Love this hotel. The people, gym, outdoor pool and lounging area, and the attached 9 hole executive golf course all make for a terrific work, or recreational, stay. Nicely done to all who take care of us here!

Fantastic hotel. Clean, close to many amenities. (Stores, restaurants, shops) A beautiful walking path near by that leads to the beach (about 30 minute walk) clean pool and good gym facilities. For those who love to golf, tennis or pickelball there's a club on site. Beautiful outdoor seating area. Quiet, clean rooms, mini fridge available in rooms. Filtered Water stations avaliable in lobby, gym and pool area to fill up your water bottle. That's a huge bonus for me since I drink a lot of water. Friendly and welcoming staff.

I like the hotel and the surrounding grounds. The room was nice but had a clogged shower drain and some hairs. Gross.

Excellent option to rest, a very good and comfortable room as well as unbeatable attention from the maid to the restaurant.Rooms: Very comfortable and well located, avoiding outside noise.

Excellent stay if you want to be relatively close to LAX without feeling like you’re staying at LAX. Decent rooms, especially if you’re overlooking the nine-hole golf course. (Love the balcony.) Good food and coffee bar. Impressive gym. Good amount of ballroom/meeting space.

Lifetime elite member who spends 100+ nights a year as a business and leisure traveler.The property and staff were all absolutely top notch. 5/5 recommend. The staff, location and property itself really makes this an exceptional place to stay!I want to mention and thank two staff members by name. Prior to arrival, Danielle Kennedy was exceptionally helpful on the Bonvoy app chat. I also need to shout out to Front office manager CENOVIO PRIETO, who deftly resolved an issue for us.We visited in late February for one night before an early morning flight at LAX. The staff happily brought us more toiletries, extra towels, etc. Clean, spacious suite overlook the golf course. The bathroom was exceptional.Thank your wonderful staff and we are very grateful. Kudos to the management for running this resort so well!!!We will see you again!

THE rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a supposed “luxury” hotel. From checking in to leaving, the front desk staff all the way up to management didn’t really care to help solve issues or go the extra mile. A manager actually yelled at me and my mother for something that was their fault. The lack of respect and customer service is shocking. The rooms are run down. Paying for parking everyday at this type of 3 star hotel isn’t it. Stay somewhere else.

Staff are nice and the room was modern and clean. However, the AC was loud and the shower didn't drain properly and I ended up taking a shower in a puddle.

I love staying at this location. It is somewhat tucked into a business park. However very quiet. Fantastic rooms, bar as well as bar food, views over golf course, nice pool, indoor/outdoor seating. Close to local shopping, events, and the beach.Nearby activities: Beach, golf, shopping, sports stadiumSafety: Quiet, safe locationFood & drinks: Bar offers amazing food and drink options. Nice seating in/around bar. Great staff.

This place will always be my fave out here because our entire fam has memories from my beloved dad’s bday celebration, and fam gatherings … I was there for my bday weekend with my daughter & fam past Oct, the valet gave great service with a warm greeting, I will add his name later, he was the first ambassador to give a great impression of this beautiful hotel .. then was also greeted with excellent customer service from Rafael, who gave my daughter & I a very beautiful room with a gorgeous golf course lake view. Appreciate the staff and housekeeping, looking forward to our next visit.. enjoyed the sweet ambiance and beautiful views, and comfortable rooms, and so much more!

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and they have the best hospitality and employees here by far! Amber and Janine at the front desk were so warm and lovely. My husband and I were blown away by the impeccable service. We had an amazing server for breakfast, a kind bartender and a gorgeous suite with a view and balcony. They all treated us like family. A sweet associate also gave our toddler a stuffed animal, and we were so touched and grateful. Thank you to EVERYONE there for an incredible stay! We will be back soon!

WESTDRIFT by the Marriott is a well-designed boutique hotel in Manhattan Beach, where the balance of affordability and luxury truly stands out. The ambiance hits you the moment you walk in, complete with that distinct, welcoming hotel aroma. The lobby is great, featuring a cozy coffee bar and an inviting dining area, perfect for a quick in-hotel meal or a leisurely coffee.The hotel’s location is exceptional, nestled next to Manhattan Village and the Pointe, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep.The rooms themselves are a blend of modernity and comfort, initially giving off a fresh, pristine vibe. However, upon closer inspection, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet the expectations one would have for a 4-star establishment. This aspect definitely needs attention.In summary, this hotel is a gem in South Bay with its luxurious hotel vibes, strategic location, and great pricing. With some improvement in housekeeping, it could easily become the go-to hotel in the area.
