Getting real tired of no one answering the phone. ATM card never showed up, have to cancel it..

First visit to the branch since the most recent remodel and I have to say the place is embarassing. Lifeless flat white walls, cheap looking wavy vinyl flooring and lobby furniture that could be straight out of a temu ad. Wow. Was not expecting such a dramatic downgrade when returning.
