Rude employee. I made a deposit outside on atm and then went inside. I realized I left my card in the machine and then I walked up to the door to come back inside and a male employee (tall, medium build, black hair and facial hair) shut the door in my face. This happened on 11/14 at 5:01pm Really disrespectful because there were two customers inside and I was inside 10 seconds before.

I've never felt more disappointed and disrespected in my life. Bankers here see you and don't even acknowledge your presence. I was in the waiting room for more than 30min and nobody greeted or said hello. More than 5 of them passed by and didn't even asked why I was there. I only wanted to make an appointment and I was not gonna take much of their precious time. I think I'm done with Wells Fargo after 10 years. By the way a white old men came in and they immediately sat him down to make an appointment for him

We have been with Wells Fargo for decades. This organization has gotten too big to manage its affairs. Recently, we have had several inexplicable instances of fraud--where the bank was a participant, in allowing imposters to withdraw money or establish new accounts in our name. We also get on-going disorganization and disfunction--where one customer service rep says one thing and another says something very different. Solving an issue often takes many long-hold calls and, ultimately, you have to make an appointment (can't just walk in) to go into a branch.

Terrible customer service. Poor Communication. I will gladly bank elsewhere. Please don't bother replying with your useless copy paste response asking me for contact information. This review is for others to read and not to waste their time here. There are plenty of banks which will offer a better experience than here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS BANKING HERE. I just had the rudest service from the male bank manager working this day. I called the 800 number to report a fraudulent activity on my account. They said to immediately go into the nearest branch. I did and the manager basically threw his hands up in the most unprofessional manner and said he doesn't have any bankers. Without any suggestion for improvement. He said to call the 800 number. I said "the 800 number sent me here." He said "well I don't know what to tell you." Awful, rude service. Come up with a solution for your customers that have been with you for a while and have numerous accounts with you - business, mortgage, and personal.

Horrible customer service!! Withdrew money on first transaction. Then I deposited a check. Well the teller Bailee put it, in a different account of mine. Then she says"oh I had it emailed to me", (the reciept)seriously??!! I requested on the first transaction for a paper copy. Rent is coming. So I called the 800 number. Oscar, says I have to wait till tomorrow. To call. When I had already went to the branch. OMG I'm livid at this point. Use the ATM at this branch. Only came here for convenience. Never again. I'll go down to Manhattan Village. Where it's safe & they know their job. BIG TIME FAIL!!

Great service. The branch manager Mr. Timmons is top notch. When there was a small problem, he took care of it. And a man of his word. As good as it gets in today's banking.

Super helpful staff! Had some issues with over the phone support & Roderick stayed with me the entire time assuring me that he would help me until the issue was resolved. He had a great personality, stayed professional & involved his staff when he needed help with my situation. This location has great sense of teamwork when it comes to finding solutions for their clients! Will definitely be returning for all my business needs.

I visited this branch in Manhatten Beach back in October. I cannot say how very helpful Colleen was in procuring my loan for my lease buyout. On short notice she was available to help me and did her best to clear some confusion in the paperwork sent by the corporate office. When she had to tend to an appointment with another couple, she asked the manager Jon Timmons to finish the details. Both were happy to help and very accommodating. Mr Timmons saved me time by sending the completed paperwork with final payment to the leasing company on my behalf! Definitely a treat to an already smooth running experience.

Staff at this Wells Fargo location is always very friendly and eager assist you with your banking needs and/or issues. My company has over 200 checking accounts and they have all been opened through this branch - highly recommended.
