Talk about going down hill. This used to be a great pharmacy however it is now by far the WORST! If you need your prescriptions in a timely manner this is not the pharmacy for you. Not only have my prescriptions been filled incorrectly to have them refilled correctly takes hours and then I was treated like it was my fault and how dare I ask them to do their job correctly. Furthermore it is never the pharmacies fault even though my doctor’s office has documentation that says otherwise. As for calling in them in the phone - good luck! I literally have been on hold over an hour and hung up in multiple times. Save yourself the aggravation either use another Walgreens or use the CVS right across the street. This is truly one pharmacy that could care less as to your health and well being. Hope this helps.

As a high level health care worker myself, I understand the complexities of medicine and needing to triage, etc. This pharmacy used to be great- everyone had we helpful, courteous and seemed to genuinely care about their patients/clients. If you need your meds soon PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. My mom was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and at extremely high risk for a stroke. Yesterday she had to (by ambulance) go to the ER for a suspected stroke. I’ve been trying to get an extremely important blood thinner for days and the rude and lack-of-common-empathy techs told me that they were short staffed and had 80 prescriptions before me. I told them I understood but asked if there was any way to expedite due to the high risk my mom is in. No “I’m sorry, I will try” no empathy, just rude excuses (not my problem that they are short staffed- perhaps it’s because they are running a horrible operation?) and refusal to let me talk to the pharmacist (Cherise who is wonderful and knows my mom very well for years). A little kindness and compassion goes a long way, but this place has decided to hire young workers who just don’t care and it’s clear this place needs to either re-organize or close. And, if you ever need to call, please be prepared for an automated system that is always wrong and a 20+ minute wait to talk to someone who is unkind and not helpful. This place is just so disappointing and not reliable if you need correct, timely medicine. They need to do better!!!

Employee stocking vitamins and employee at the registers on May 14 around 4 to 4:30 pm seem to hate working there. Maybe they need more benefits. They were not helpful and had a rudeness in their tone of voice and face. Need to go to another location.

I get the WRONG prescription EVERY SINGLE month. I have a note on my account for a particular brand and they always give the wrong one. I now have to call to clarify when I refill and they STILL get it wrong. I’ve literally never gotten the correct pill since I’ve started to come here but unfortunately this is the only pharmacy that carries it as CVS stopped. Sometimes I have to return upto 3 times to get the correct pill. Such a waste of my time each month that dread coming here. Worst pharmacy ever.

Worst customer service ever. They take forever to fill prescriptions. It took them over 3 hours to get the prescriptions I sat there and waited. They are more concerned about filling orders for people not in front of them. Poor business practice. The customer in front of you should always be the priority. Not a continued.. oh we will be with you shorty 10 times over a 3 hour period. 8 people behind the counter and all are too busy to help.

Although store manager Chinedu was very nice and helpful to me, which I greatly appreciate, a young, black female employee was THE EXACT OPPOSITE. She rudely, adamantly told me that Walreens doesn't price match products that are priced lower on the Walgreens website than in-store. I told her that Walgreens DOES in fact do price matching, and I could barely have a conversation with her since her voice is so muffled with a mask covering her entire mouth and nose. Manager Chinedu gladly gave me the lower Walgreens website price for some vitamins. THANK YOU, CHINEDU!When I told the mean female employee, SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS. I told Chinedu, then I called the mean, useless female employee an idiot before leaving the store.

This has been the worst lab experience I have ever had. Don’t ever go here just for the lab. Since the company is partnered with Walgreens they should at least try to provide some seating or a drinking fountain. Theres nothing. It took over two hours to get a collecting cup for a new job mandatory drug test. They don’t provide estimates on how long it’s going to take before they see you, and they don’t offer any seating. There’s no one to talk to and the Walgreens manager wasn’t able to help because they are a different company… if you have a choice, go to a real lab. People in line were all tired from waiting so long. Some even cheered when they left the lab room. Never again.

This used to be a good pharmacy. However, the last 6-8 months it's completely gone downhill. No one answers the phone (so annoying!!!!!!), and the staff for the most part apathetic. One small example, going thru drive-thru, I'm sitting at window and no one is acknowledging me. Ok even though they can see me, I probably have to hit the "call" button. I do that and still nothing. Several mins pass snd finally someone comes and asks if they can help me. Really, 1 of the 3 people in there couldn't have thrown out an "we will be right with you?" Par for the course now with that place.

Lord Please have Mercy on this pharmacy. If their is anyone affected by Covid-19 please run from this place. I took my child to this pharmacy because he recently tested positive for Covid and had a PCR test done. Of course, this required our family quarantine. After nearly a week of quarantine, my child missing school and me missing so many days of work I found out that this Walgreens never sent my child's pcr to the lab and as a matter of fact never even put him in the system to have it picked up by anyone. Now, we have to pay for a hotel room again to have this test done and more missed days of work and school for my child. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PHARMACY FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS.
