I was there with my wife last month when a young lady employee key locked the entrance door while we were shopping in the store. I told her that’s it’s very unsafe and a fire code violation to lock customers in a store but she ignored me. We won’t be returning.

I love this brand. Everything is so comfortable well made. And they give you a 120 days to return anything for any reason. Staff was very attentive and assisted me with ordering when they didn't have it in the back.

I guess I never had a bad experience with the workers here based on what was said here. This was my 3rd time at this location and everyone I interacted with was very kind.
Almost everyone asked me if I needed help. I asked a guy about the joggers I wanted. He was helpful and I bot a pair.
Store was busy. It was clean.

Brand is amazing. Not sure what the reviewers were expecting in a store staffed entirely with entitled MB teenagers. I mean come on people..LOL. You know they were forced to get jobs. Not at all surprised.

Sophie was amazing. She helped us with all the exchanges and returns. Actually everyone was friendly, helpful and outstanding customer service. Make me think different from the company because I didn't have a pleasant experience at Malibu location.

Wide and by far this is my favorite store. The team here embodies not only what Vuori is all about but executes high level service. Informative, genuine and the team does an incredible job doing it. The clothing is legit and has actually helped me in my daily life by causing less strain and increased my mobility .

I use to love this brand. Recently I had a pair of 1 month old climbing pants tear fairly effortlessly at a leg zipper pocket. I went to attempt to have them exchanged or at least repaired and they informed me there was nothing they could do. As previously said pants were nearly brand new and showed no signs of wear. Clearly this was some form of a manufacture defect but Vuori doesn’t stand by their products. I will no longer buy from this brand.
