All phones just cost thousands at this point.The service was fine, it's just always a bummer that when i go into a Verizon store, I leave paying more and more each time.I havn't replaced my phone for almost 4-5 years, but here was my breakdown for my new upgrade.$437 on a down payment with an additional $13 per month for the next 48 months. And even as i paid for all of this, my month to month bill had to be upgraded from $70/month - $75/month on a family plan.Just wild that is all costs so much these days, and I guess we just have to get use to this.

Today is December 10, 2023. I went to the Verizon store at 1:00pm here and Manhattan Beach on aviation Boulevard. The gentleman that helped us my mother and I was wonderful nice very sweet very kind. Most definitely had an amazing smile and helped my mom out he went up and beyond 110% and beyond that HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I can give him more than five stars, he would get a billion ?????

Cell phone providers are becoming such predators with expertise in “Bait & Switch” practices. If I get a $1,000 credit on a $1,010 new iphone 15, then why am I paying $450 in initiation or whatever fees? And who authorized Verizon to mandate a 36 month customer service agreement? 24 months was bad enough! Let’s not even talk about the $20 month phone insurance program. Arrrggghhh! If not for the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional Verizon rep, I might have rated my experience just 2 of 5 stars .

The poorest customer service. It took more than a month from this store and Verizon to sell and connect an IPhone 15… just excuses, no solutions. Now they are threatening me to charge me more if I do not clean info on phone. Many hours spent speaking to 4 different employees, Henry manager and another corporate manager Andrea who promise to call and fix system errors. However , they were not able to fix internal errors. Poor customer service, no follow ups, lack of credibility…

Worst store and worst company, misleading the customers, they will not admit, they will not try to fix it, just deal with it, really if I could to make everyone avoid this store and this carrier I will not hesitate!

This store is so horribly bad and im not bias.. i never leave bad reviews.. First I was sold a phone based off of false terms and i wasted 10 hours of my life back in the store and on the phone with corporate to try and fix the lie that was sold to me.. Every time i would go into the store, they would tell me what i want to hear and then completely lie about what they would do.. i would not trust a word they say in there.. They get paid to mislead customers…Also. They tell me to email them below and guess what…. After 2 emails, 2 weeks later, they still have not written back.. Its actually borderline unbelievable…
