I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your UPS Store. I went to have my passport notarized, which should have been a straightforward process. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction.
In contrast, I visited another UPS Store where the staff were efficient and courteous, completing the notary service quickly and professionally.
I was particularly taken aback by the manager’s unnecessary comment asking if everyone could communicate with him, despite the fact that we all spoke English fluently. This added to an already unpleasant experience, and I found his attitude to be completely unacceptable.
I trust that this is not representative of UPS's standards.

Every single person that works here is the most friendly and helpful people behind a desk I’ve ever met. I have brought Amazon returns in where I mistakenly was supposed to take them to the post office and they still printed a return label for me and taped it up and packaged it up ready for me. They definitely don’t have to do that, and they always seem very happy and willing to help.

I’ve had to stop coming to this location due to a rude employee (glasses, bald, tall, African American). He’s always so rude, cuts you off when talking, very rude demeanor. I asked for a quote to ship an envelope to Canada and without even touching the computer he said it would be at least $50. I was shocked as Ive never paid that amount even for a package. I then asked if I could get an actual quote and he seemed annoyed to the point another customer in line gave a surprised look at his attitude…so I just left. Another time I had multiple packages and he immediately said I needed a box for a Amazon return, I understood and realized my mistake as I normally just bring the Amazon item. He then cuts me off and starts helping the other customer saying he was done with me even though I had other packages that didn’t need a box (as labeled). I again left annoyed with unfinished business that I went to another spot instead. I’ve given this place many chances and this one guys has been the rudest of any UPS’ I’ve encountered. Will go to another location from here on. Not to mention the parking is ridiculous at this location.

This store and its employees are amazing. I am always bringing things for my daughter that need to be returned. They take the packaging slip, put tape on the box, and mail it. There are no questions asked, and everyone is courteous, patient, friendly, and helpful. I haven't always gotten this much assistance at other UPS stores.Twila C

We always have a great experience with this UPS store. They are friendly and welcoming and super helpful with our questions about mailing packages to our daughter who is away at college.

Go to this store, do business at this store or just stop by to say hi! This UPS location knows how to take care of their customers. Mike and his team are exceptionally efficient and their customer service is always above and beyond. The parking is quite the nightmare, but so worth it to manage all your shipping and packaging needs here.
