Unfortunately I was so disappointed about my experience here. My lashes came out horrible!!!!! They were uneven, one eye had gaps in the lashes, they were falling out the next day and the experience took extremely long!! I called the next day to express my concerns and request a refund or for someone to fix it. They couldn’t do either and REFUSED to give me a refund and tried to make me pay AGAIN just to have someone fix the damage they’ve already done. I do not recommend this place at all. So sad and disappointed!!!

I got a brow lamination here and I'm in LOVE!! Highly recommend my stylist knew what she was doing and gave me the best results!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I came in asking for a full hybrid set; somehow I came out with a classic set & as if I had had them in for 3 weeks. I asked for a medium length & was given long lashes. After 3 hours laying down, I asked the girl if she nearly done since I was getting tired. She advised 10 more minutes & I said no problem. After opening my eyes & seeing her work..good lord I was shocked. When I got up to pay. I was charged "discount" price of $209 + tip. The receptionist advised the lash tech who did my lashes had only been lashing for 6 MONTHS. Their website states the lash techs go through weeks of training.. so if she's been lashing for 6 months; I'd say my lashes shouldn't look like this for laying down in 1 position for 3 hours.I called back the next day asking for a refund; but all they could offer me was a fill with a senior lash tech, when I let them know I cannot go in during the week; only Sundays, they said they could fill me in with 20 more lashes with another tech who has about 2 years experience. When I let them know I did not want to go back & just wanted my refund back, manager advised she "cannot refund me for a service that was already paid for. And if I didn't have anymore questions, I could have a good day".PLEASE DON'T GET LASHED HERE.

The worse lash job ever! I never review a business but this place is over-priced and not qualified to be applying lash extension on anyone. My lashes were uncomfortable, felt something poking every day here and there, fell out in chunks. Just the worst. I've been wearing lashes for many years this was a terrible lash job at this studio Manhattan Beach. Lash quality lacked not just my technician's ability. I got $166 promotion and still paid $140 for a very bad quality classic of lashes. Zero Stars.The update is that my eyesight is actually now compromised as a result of the solution they sprayed in my eyes at the beginning of the service (without any warning), and the adhesive and/or the terrible quality of the lashes they use. I cannot believe I tipped this tech (what a waste) and I cannot believe I am still dealing with the after effects of this terrible service. This is not a good business and if I can go back in time, I should have walked out immediately after Lisa (tech) sprayed that solution in my eyes without any warning. I had no make up on, my face way fresh and clean ready for lash application, and there was no need for this. Please stay away from this place. It's not just the tech that's terrible it's the quality of the product and the application they utilize. I am steps away from filing a lawsuit.

I've been to a few lash extension spots in the South Bay and The Lash Lounge is, so far, the best!Like most lash spots, there is some turnover, but I haven't had an issue with any of the lash techs (not sure what they are actually called).Both Jaz and Ari are amazing!Incredibly friendly staff and reasonable prices.Service: Eyelash extensions

This Lash Lounge in Manhattan Beach should NOT be frequented. This was my experience: I bought a membership and was using it 2x per month as the membership states. Unfortunately I had to have eye surgery which forbid me from having lash extensions. When I called to let them know, they “paused my membership”. They did not tell me how long a “pause” was for. I then noticed that they did pause my membership for a few months and began charging me $169 a month for the last four months. I have not been in at all as I am not allowed to have lash extensions since my surgery. They refused to refund the 4 months and gave me one month back. That means I paid over $500 to them for NO services rendered. This is such poor customer service- am telling all my friends not to support Lash Lounge in Manhattan Beach. I have been coming to Lash Lounge for lash extensions since they opened at this location. Super convenient location with great parking and reasonably priced compared to other private stylists I have used. Ariana does an excellent job, so does Kaelyn. Loved Sandy when she was here, too! I get a fill every two weeks, but I do jiu jitsu so am constantly having a rough gi rubbed across my face! Maybe would last longer if I wasn’t so rough on them!

Have been here a couple times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very sweet and welcoming and the building is pretty clean and comfortable. Got a lift with jazzmine and couldn’t be more happy with the experience and outcome!!Service: Lash lift

I came here for a lash lift and I’m extremely unhappy with the results. I mentioned to the tech that I did not want my lashes touching my lids but not only are they touching they are folded into them. If the tech was more knowledgeable, she would have been able to discern the fact that my natural lashes are too long for the medium pad/rod. I figured this out after a Google search after having the service done. If you choose this service then you should know your lash length and eye shape because apparently the techs who are providing the service do not. They also said they would have a manager contact me, that didn’t happen. So everyone beware and take this information into account.Service: Lash lift

Don’t ever come here. They took 4 HOURS to do the extension. Yes you heard me, 4 HOURS, for the lash tech to say that she couldn’t do it on my eyes and removed all the extension. So basically I came here and wasted four hours of my life bc lash tech here isn’t ready. And she had to audacity to say that there’s nothing she can do. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

This used to be one of my favorite places however in the past couple of weeks they changed the staff completely…And hired new techs!Which I was excited to try until, I found out that there was lack of experience and training.My lashes have too much glue and they fall off so easily I’m so disappointed I literally got them yesterday.I canceled my membership
