My last visit was a mistake the manager did my hair. She didn't understand what I wanted and she pressed hard into my head shaving it very short she scratched my sideburns in the past I have been lucky at this salon

Just say no. (I've been here off and on for the past eight years, that is until I found another salon that has great customer service.) There is a cost savings T Supercuts; but realize you may not get what you want. I won't be back and I doubt they care. So here's my review: Today was not the first, second, or third time this has happened. In fact this was the fifth time I've made an appointment online, driven to the salon and have been told my hairdresser is leaving for the day, not available or did called out. I called Friday and the stylist I selected was leaving for the day. She asked me to make an online appointment for Monday or Tuesday in which I did. After driving a long distance I checked in and sat down. A few minutes later she asked me to see someone else because she was coloring someone else's hair. I said I didn't mind waiting, but she made it clear that she did not want to cut my hair and never told me why. If you demand an appointment then you should hold up to your end of the bargain or be courteous enough to let your clients know you're running behind or need to reschedule.

For the past 4 years, I've been getting my haircut here and I'm happy with my experience every time. I love getting my hair cut here. I know I'm getting a good deal here every time I go and a great hair cut too. I feel so relaxed and heard by my hair stylist. Today, Karla cut my hair and I absolutely loved my time with her. She was responsive to my suggestions and even suggested small adjustments that made such a great difference. 1000/10 recommend her.

Kimberly is AWESOME!! Very quick but with great attention to detail. She talked with me about what I wanted and we decided together what would look best. In & out in under 30 mins and I've never felt better! Super friendly vibe there, everyone was having a good time.

Called in to schedule appointment. Showed up and said it would be a few moments. Wait 5 minutes. Ask how long, say 20minutes... that's a long moment. Get haircut 30minutes later. Get home, wife dislikes haircut
