If you are on deathrow, and ask what you want for your final meal, order a Starbucks from this location as you last meal. You might get your order within a few month. This place is slow, slow, slow. Many of the male employees are too busy chatting up the young girls to actually fill order. Other Starbucks in Mahattan Beach are fine but this one refused to let work interfere with their social life. You may try a local latte vender instead.

today i went tot this starbucks with my friend. i ordered a vanilla creme STEAMER and a unwarmed chocolate croissant. first i noticed that my croissant was warmed which kinda annoyed me. i also noticed my name was spelled wrong. i have a rare name so i spelled it out for the server and she still spelled it VERY wrong. when they called my name announcing my order, they gave me a vanilla bean cream frappuccino!! that sounds nothing like the HOT DRINK i ordered. my friend even showed the server the drink we wanted on the app to make sure she would get it right. she even said “the vanilla steamer right” and we said yes. unacceptable and poor service. very little customers but still took a while. the drink she gave us cost more than the one i asked for so i wasted money on a drink i didn’t want

I love this starbucks! I asked for extra strawberries in my drink and they forgot! One of the near by employees off duty sitting next to me went and had them remake the drink with strawberries! My son and I both had 2 drinks! It is also very clean and has good music!

Staff members were very friendly. Store needs to move forward and add more seating inside. Its been 3 years' stop with the social distancing and maybe some small couches.

The baristas here are so nice in the mornings. Their customer service and coffee make for a great start to long work day. The only issue with this Starbucks is the parking situation; which is nonexistent.

Starbucks is starbucks. It's no comparison to Australian or western Europe coffee. This one scores higher being in a nice location. So please, come here and get your mocha frappuccino

Went to this location while buying something from a store down the street and I was thoroughly impressed by Shayann the Manager and her staff! The Drink was amazing and made quickly despite being so busy. The Manager Sheyann definitely motivated her staff to work effectively and with a genuine smile on each of their faces. Its was really awesome to see! Glad I was craving a drink before heading home! Keep it up you guys!-Cody V
