The woman that works there was very friendly, sweet and kind. They cleaned my mom's diamond ring and gave me a free ring box for it as well! She was very honest and trustworthy too. Would recommend going here for good service and reasonable prices.

I called at about 4:30 and was told that they're open until 6 pm on fridays so we got in the car and drive to the store with a coin we want to get appraised. At 5:20 the store is closed and nobody answers the phone. And my wife had the same problem a few weeks ago in a Saturday with the same shop! She called, was told they were open but when she got here they were closed and was told when she called that they closed early and she would have to drive to Torrance at their other location. No way we're trying a third time at this business!

Are they even still open? I went today after work (~4:30pm) to look for a wedding band for my fiance, and the door was locked. I tried the call button and got nothing. I tried calling the number and it went straight to voice-mail. I even double checked and Google said they were open until 7pm tonight (it's currently 6:40pm). Can someone tell me if this business is still open or has it closed down?

Sat outside and hit the call button to get in to get a necklace repaired. I called and the staff as they repeatedly told me to hit the button. No access. Just trying to get a repair. A solid 1 star…for customer service.

Very professional! Very nice to deal with. My husband and I were greeted by Ezekiel at the top of stairs, what a sweetheart and then with Tristin behind the counter. We got a very fair price for some gold left by my parents and couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Have been here several times with gold etc from my parents estate. The shop is very clean, private security and have very competitive rates for buying gold. Called downtown LA and other stores and South Bay gold seemed to have the best. Friendly service and very straight forward. Thanks!

Wonderful place for all your gold & precious gemstone needs, really any jewelry questions or repairs you might have this is the right store to be in. Everyone including the security guy Joel are down to earth,very friendly & honest as soon as you walk in with a wealth of knowledge share. Fair prices with fast service, beautiful store and inventory. Snacks on the table and coffee available. They sometimes even provide a secret menu kinda like in&out if you'd rather have a soda or random beverage selection from the employee fridge! Probably give you the shirt off their back if you asked. The manager Alan is a stand up guy who can help answer any questions you might have without a doubt and without hesitation. Superb work as always guys, very much appreciated

I went in today to verify authenticity of a piece I had. The gentleman who helped me out was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helped me out quickly. It was my first time in the store. They have some cool pieces. I definitely recommend stopping in if you like jewelry and you live in the South Bay.
