My mom and I had the best experience we’ve ever had in a shoe store with Tatiana being very kind and helpful. We bought a few hundred dollars worth of stuff that we probably would not have bought without her perseverance in finding shoe sizes and genuine kindness. Thanks.

This is the flagship store for Skechers. They have been he right sales folks and newest of their offerings. They were patient and enabled us to buy the right walking and running shoes. Now I am a rewards member due to their explanation of how they approach good quality shoes at affordable prices. Will definitely revisit the store next time we are around. I got new found respect to Skechers brand, after visiting this store. They also have all the snoop collection of shoes as well as Tony romo endorsements in their display..

I was standing with my fiancé outside the store and we saw a man drive into the store on a little motorcar and we were so confused. We then proceed to watch him talk to an associate and leave. I ask “is that allowed?” to the store associate and he replies with, “well he’s the owner of the company so yeah”. That was a nice experience. Highly recommend this location.

I've come here maybe six to seven times now and every time I leave disappointed and not with my purchase. You may ask, then why do you keep coming to this location? I always think maybe they were having a bad day or maybe I was reading too much into the situation, or just making things up in my head. Every time me and my mom walk in, it's crickets, but then white customers come in it's, "Hi welcome in, how are you?". I can walk around the store for an hour, without anyone coming up to me but two seconds after walking in they ask the white people if they can help them with anything or help them with sizes. I'm truly disappointed because every time I got there I spend around $500 + and to be treated like that is ridiculous. It's pretty sad, I probably won't be coming to this location ever again.

Oh no! My favorite employee, Matt, no longer works here. How sad, he was such a sweetheart. Pretty sure he was the head honcho, but he always made time for me and my friends. I hope he is onto better things! But the rest of the staff is just as nice! One of the young men, Edmon, has helped me a couple times. He knows his stuff, and he's cute! I usually walk away with some of the walking shoes. they have such a big selection. I wonder if they will ever run out of ideas for shoes, because they always have new product! It's almost overwhelming. Either way, I'll keep coming back for more (not that I need it).

My wife and I walked into the Skechers store in MB just to get a respite from climbing the hill and avail ourselves of the air conditioning. Buying shoes was the last thing on our minds. Tatiana came by and asked if she could help us. Her friendly, easy going and funny manner made the idea of buying shoes a reality. Amazing customer service, one of the best shopping experiences we have had.John & Raquel

I went to the Manhattan Beach Store this past weekend. Elijah Tallman was fantastic! He was patient with me and helped me find the exact shoes that I needed all the while keeping two other customers happy. Elijah provided terrific customer service. He was very knowlegable with regards to the store merchandise and asked me good questions about what I was looking for. I will be back again!Drew D

This is the best Skechers so far. The locations is great, the store is very well stocked and the staff amazing. I give 5 stars to Miguel who really took care of us very professionally and yet we got the best deals with the best attitude and respect. Thank you Miguel. You are my top employee.
