Words can’t explain how grateful we are to have had the chance to work with Maria and Richard from the Salzman Team. They stood by us through the entire process of purchasing our new house, were incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had, they talked through every scenario with us and made sure we were well taken care of. In early 2023 I was kind of just monitoring the Manhattan/Hermosa Beach housing market - dipping my toe in the market. In mid-June I saw a property advertised on a Friday and on a lark went to take a look at the open house. It was a perfect fit for what I was looking at, for a reasonable price; but I knew it would go fast.At that point I didn't have an agent, although I had started a loan pre-approval process. I knew I needed to move fast.I had been acquainted with Dave Salzman many years ago through mutual friends, and on a business level knew he had worked with one of my closest friends who strongly recommended his work.I called him on Friday afternoon after touring the property, and he jumped in immediately. His team and I quickly assembled a bid on the house, and simultaneously introduced me to Tom Dinnegan at Priority Financial for additional loan options.As Dave communicated early, it was going to be a very competitive bid and indeed it was; there were six offers on the property by the end of the weekend. Dave and his team were in constant communication and we submitted a second offer which turned out to be the winner. Dave's knowledge and experience of the local real estate landscape and intimate knowledge of the other players (including the listing agency) was our unfair advantage. From zero to offer acceptance in 4-5 days.During the escrow and closing period Dave (and Tom, as I opted to use him for the mortgage loan) attended to every detail, walking me through all of the paperwork, documentation, and labyrinth of bureaucracy in buying a house. We closed exactly 30 days after going into escrow - really as perfect a result as the process allows!If I had to do it all again I'd definitely pick the same people to do it with - I can't recommend the Salzman team high enough!

Went to grab a flyer from one of the properties and the realtor was so rude and called the police on me because I asked about the property and he thought I was trying to come on the property without his permission, very nasty and unprofessional. It would never do business with this company ever.

In our recent search for a condo in Long Beach we received the best advice, guidance, information and support from Carol Glover, Maria Zuniga, Dave Salzman, other support members of their team and recommended community resources. From our first contact, to our day of possession of the property, we felt in the best of hands. Several times, on short notice, they found a way to preview properties for us, as we live over an hour from Long Beach. They used their knowledge and experience to critically review properties online and in person, to assess all of the details buried within the condo regulations of each property and to scrutinize the neighborhoods.With every set back, they reassured us that we would be successful AND we were! We now own a lovely condo walking distance to the beach!They were all extremely professional and caring throughout the three months of working with us! We can't thank them enough!

After a long and grueling house hunt, we started losing hope that we would find the right home for us. We were put in touch with Maria and Dave and were assured they were up the for the challenge. Maria kept in touch with the selling agents of houses within our parameters and is truly the reason we ended up in the house we're in now. After a deal fell through, the selling agent reached out to Maria to see if we were still interested. Her negotiating skills got us in under listing and we couldn't be more thankful for the Salzman team! Thank you!!

We recently decide to sell our long term home in the South Bay.
