I've never received so many compliments on my hair before seeing Shannon! She has transformed my hair and I don't think I can ever go to someone else. She gave me the perfect stylish but low maintenance cut with very little direction. She is friendly, inviting and professional at the same time and makes getting my hair done so enjoyable. 1000/0 would recommend!

Shannon is the best... I'd been looking for someone to do my blonde for so long and finally found my right person in California. She is the best to be around and does a wonderful job without keeping you all day. Her salon is in the cutest part of town too! She also uses the most amazing products. I recently moved to CA from CT and was beyond thrilled to find my long time friend and stylist Shannon! Many years ago (20+) I met Shannon at Adam Broderick salon in Ridgefield CT. She came to my rescue after I received an awful cut at another local salon.Not only did I love my color and cut but so did my friends and family who also became clients of hers as well.Now, I live in Solana Beach and drive 90+ miles to Randt Salon in Manhattan Beach to see Shannon.I am always so happy with my services, my hair looks shiny and pretty and totally on trend.Shannon is an expert in her field and I trust her implicitly.5 stars. Such high hopes! But after receiving a subpar cut from Shannon, I called to see if she could please fix it. She dodged it for two weeks, (despite availabilities on her booking system), and then just stopped responding altogether. I finally gave up asking and paid someone else to fix her mistakes. Shannon made clear that she has zero interest in meeting her client’s needs. Super disappointing.

Shannon is truly incredible! It was my first time going to her and I have never felt so good about my hair. I think this is the first time I can say that I LOVE how my hair looks after getting it done. I took a gamble as I was getting my hair colored for my wedding but it was the best decision. She was also so efficient and we had such a fun conversation. She is funny, professional, awesome at what she does and so much more. I will absolutely be seeing her again. I can't recommend her more. Shannon is seriously the hair GURU! Not only that, but it's always fun catching up on life and laughing the entire time you are getting your hair done. She's funny as heck and awesome to be around. Thanks for bringing my hair back to life after a horrible balyage done by another hair studio. Recommend her 10000% over!

I wanted to really like the place and after leaving had great things to say about Shannon and her salon. She did a full highlight. I did inquire if the color would be lighter or show more and she mentioned to wait a day and unfortunately the next day I wasn't feeling great and messaged her to inquire if we could add more. No response. I sent her another message a couple days later and still no response. Feels like she ghosted me when I don't feel like inquiring about a service you pay for and are not happy with can't be a discussion. Was hoping for better results and at least customer service and communication but that seems to be lacking here.

i made a yelp just to write this review. buckle up, babes. so - full disclosure - i never used to be a huge haircut person. i always just went wherever and what not. given, i was in college, still figuring out who i was and how i wanted to look and blah blah blah. i started seeing shannon a few years back, and it's been one of the best decisions i've made in my life. here are the reasons why. 1. from cut to color, shannon is a one-of-a-kind pro. she's skilled beyond my mental comprehension. i'm always like, "wait! this is MY hair?!" because it looks that good. 2. shannon is incredibly kind, funny, and a treat to be around. i look forward to booking my appointments with her every single time. 3. shannon not just making you look better - she makes you feel better, too. the trust she builds is incredible and it's palpable in her work space. go to shannon. this is an order!! you will not regret it. :-)

Every day I receive a compliment on my hair! Be it the color (everyone thinks it's natural) or the cut, someone always notices my hair. Shannon is the best! She listens to what I want, consults me and always delivers. I'm very fussy about my color, always looking for the most natural blonde shade and cover the gray please! People at my work say they want to get their hair cut because of my hairstyle. If you want an on point style with a one on one professional stylist I highly recommend you book an appointment with Shannon, you won't be disappointed.

Shannon is my favorite stylist but living 90 minutes from Manhattan Beach and with gas prices what they are, I decided to try a salon closer to home. Big mistake. See the "before" photos of the hack job I received followed by the "after" photos showcasing Shannon's skills. I still don't know how she managed to save my hair without my having to grow it out for several months first. Lesson learned: I am never straying again.

Shannon is a true artist! I just moved to the area and was a bit afraid of going to a new salon. Shannon exceeded my expectations, which are pretty high. I've been going to top Beverly Hills salons for the last decade. I am staying on as a regular customer.
