I called them today for an appointment and they asked me to come down asap to fix my issue. Once I arrived after 40mins drive, they said that they didn't have time for me and that I have to come back another day. Worst place ever, I don't recommend.And their answer is a lie, they did promised me to remove the tent same day. When I arrived the manager said that I talked to the wrong person on the phone. Final note, please check your own business behavior, as you already know, this is not the place to review mine:)

Rackstarz is the place to go for any and all racks and mounts! They had the exact niche part I needed for my Yakima ski rack and were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Rackstarz since before they were Rackstarz. The crew is incredibly helpful. More importantly, extremely knowledgeable. I can't tell you how many times I have had to go to Rackstarz to clean up the mess that another shop (closer to my house) had caused. I won't name in names but I live in Venice. So beware. Anyway, most recently, I needed an adjustment to my Yakima Overhaul HD racks so I could put on a tent. It turned out to be a more complicated job than I thought. Nate helped me out and took care of everything. I could tell he thoroughly understood how to make the complicated adjustments and I felt 100% at ease with letting him work on my truck. I am very particular about it. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Which pretty much mirrors how I've always felt about Rackstarz.

I got cross racks last weekend at the Manhattan beach location. Probably the cheapest in LA, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The installation was quick and I couldn't recommend them more!

These guys did an amazing work, and had the best price by far. The install was non trivial but they did a great job and the hitch looks great. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Called beforehand about a rack being on display. Was told, it was. Showed up and was not on display. Asked if I could see one of the racks and was given the response of “I’m not opening it”. Poor customer service.

I recently had a receiver hitch installed on my Toyota Camry at RackStarz Vehicle Rack & Hitch, and had a great experience. I interacted with Jake, and he provided knowledgeable and friendly service. I was able to get an appointment for installation of the hitch within a week. I was provided the flexibility of providing my own hitch which they installed. I highly recommend RackStarz Vehicle Rack & Hitch. In retrospect, am very glad that the other maybe more popular hitch installers were unavailable for the past two months to install a hitch for me, which forced me to look elsewhere and found RackStarz. I'm absolutely sure that I got a much better and higher quality deal going with RackStarz.

I bought a bike rack for my ebike. It was expensive but RackStarz said they would price match. I had a coupon for another big name store. I wanted to support this small business so I told them the deal...They honored the coupon which was amazing! They offered to show me how to put the rack on and how it works. I was in a hurry so I told them I couldn't stay. They said if I ever needed any help or wanted to come by another day, they would help me. Appreciate their offers. Glad I could help support a small business.
