There were 2 women at the desk that looked at me like they were staring me down at first I really thought that it was because I was black but they looked at my white friend just as unpleasantly. I'm not sure that I will go back to this place. Just what happened

This is a place on the more pricey side- but you get what you pay for. As a dancer my feet need all the extra help I can get. When I come here, the pedicures are so good, I can last at least 2 months before needing another one. The staff is super friendly, they do an incredible job, and the ambiance is coastal cozy! 10/10 would recommend. If only they weren't so good I'd come more often :)

Honestly, I love this nail salon and the work they do. The reason they are getting two stars is because today I was charged $15 to take off my gel x and get dip even though they did my gel x. And they told me if I take off my dip and get gel X, I have to pay $15 also!! And that's on top of the cost of getting my nails done. I've never seen anyone do this and I think it's wrong. Especially because they're doing my nails and I'm a regular and I don't see why it makes a difference which one I put back on they're charging to take them off???? Terrible honestly and disappointing. $80 for dip before tip. I could see if they charged to take your nails off if you don't go there maybe but I go there and either way if I have gel x and want to get gel x again they're gonna take it off anyways so what's the difference if I get x or dip?

Tiffany & Jenny are the best! Just got an amazing shoulder and neck massage as well as mani pedi and I can't say enough good things about how nice of a job they did. I will be back :)

Beyond rude and horrible energy. I moved to El Porto and thought in a pinch let's try here... twice. First time I went in the girl was on the phone and before I said anything she said we are booked... what if I wanted another day?? No asking if there was another day I wanted.. just rude. I was in a hurry and thought maybe one employee having a bad day shouldn't divert me... no dice.. I walked in and another rude receptionist said come back in an hour if you want to book.. again I didn't even say what I wanted. Why do receptionist assume, and why do the workers look so sad??! I'm sorry for the workers it's ovi the environment. I use to go to Dominic's in downtown, and to be honest not that great but amazing workers. However, now a new place and not only HAPPY nail techs, but artists that are happy to there.

Got a gel manicure Monday and its already changed and discolored by Wednesday. They gave no massage, weee always trying to upcharge and were super unfriendly. Even the gal doing my pedicure kept asking her coworker "why are you laughing" while doing my nails. I stopped going here a while back and now I remember why. service is bad, gel polish is obviously low quality. save your money go somewher

Mi is amazing. She's so tentative and make sure that she gives you exactly what you want. Definitely coming back!! Nina did the best foot massage I've ever had!!! Love them!

I get a dip mani by Mi every two weeks for about the last year and am always so extremely happy with not only her service but attention to detail! I sent her a photo inspo that I wanted for a holiday party and she totally nailed it (pun intended). In addition, all the staff at the salon are very nice and always make me feel comfortable and attended to. Definitely recommend as my favorite local nail spot in Manhattan Beach!

The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. Worst manicure I've ever received. I asked for hard gel with a round shape and instead received acrylics with this amorphous shape. Also, the woman who works the desk on Sunday's is very unfriendly, always seems like she angry about something. She forgot to charge my friend for a massage, called and had my friend come back to the salon to fix the mistake she made, and then had the audacity to ask my friend to tip more money after already tipping over 20% on the full total INCLUDING the massage.

I love three blocks away. I want to love this place and it's terrible. The receptionist is so rude - My gel manicure is peeling my nails off in the worst way. I have tried to support this place and get their device but they at the worst. Don't go here

What a wonderful experience! Very beautiful ambiance and Bebe did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be making this my regular spot.
