Dr. Aaron Rosen is a great doctor. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and overall a loving, kind hearted human being. I have always felt comfortable in his care. He knows how to ease my anxieties about my health complications and explains things in a way that I will understand. He includes me in the decision making regarding my care and that is probably the best thing about him. I refer everyone I know to him. I'm so glad there are doctors like him around!!

Loved this practice when I was seeing Dr. Kovacic (she has retired) but Dr. Rosen was AWFUL. I have a darker complexion and he immediately saw my last name and made assumptions about my race and background. Equally offensive is his dismissive nature when a concern is raised. I am honestly not sure why this man is in a profession treating women but avoid him. After two bad experiences with Dr. Rosen, I tried to see Dr. Lee but after waiting over an hour and still not being called back, I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. I would highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and find a better practice.

If you enjoy sitting in a room wearing nothing but a paper vest for 45 minutes with no one checking in on you or updating you as to why you have not been seen, or an update on when the Dr. will be getting to you, go see Dr. Rosen and team. After 45 minutes of waiting in a room I got dressed and had to leave to go pick up my children, I passed Dr. Rosen on my way out and explained it was not very professional or considerate to leave someone waiting for so long, unclothed, with no update. He mockingly smiles at me and with a chipper voice says "I'm sorry you feel that way, make a new appointment" and proceeds to knock on the next patients door. Nurse assisting Dr. Rosen was equally rude, neither of them apologized or acknowledged this situation whatsoever, and instead made me feel like I was in the wrong. I've seen many doctors in my day and have never been this motivated to leave a review - just awful treatment and professionalism. Very uncomfortable, dissatisfied and disappointed with this practice.

Wonderful and clean facility with caring staff, attentive nurses and doctors! I just moved so finding a new doctor felt overwhelming but the staff were so friendly and helped me get all my records transferred over. The nurse was so kind and took time to go over all my haircut. Dr Lee was so nice, listened to everything and gave detailed information! Highly recommend.

This review is for Dr. Rosen- he's personable, kind, thoughtful, smart. I have enjoyed having him as my doctor and highly recommend. I used to drive to Beverly Hills for my OB/GYN and am so happy to have someone close by now!

I can't believe I ever gave this place any less than 5 stars. The girls here are outstanding! Every one of them. I have always had a great experience in this office and recommend any of the doctors here.It's always nice to be made to feel "comfortable" in a place that nobody loves going to.Easy five stars!

I had a great experience here! I felt really comfortable here at the office and was greeted by a kind and nice receptionist. I can't remember the nurse's name who took me back to the room but she was so funny and nice, definitely calmed my nerves about my exam. I'm so thrilled to have found Dr. Kovacic because she's everything I've been looking for! She really made me feel heard, she listened to my concerns and made me feel super comfortable. She's very professional and warm and definitely knows her stuff! I feel really happy to have her as my OBGYN now!

I've been a patient of Dr. Lily Lee for over 4 years and will miss her as my OB, since I've recently moved to Arizona. Dr. Lee was referred to me by my neurosurgeon because he knew she would be knowledgable about my hydrocephalus while I was pregnant. He was 100% correct. I believe I was Dr. Lee's first patient with Hydrocephalus, but with the care I received, it's clear she had done her research. She kept in touch with my Neurosurgeon throughout the pregnancy as well. I felt very well taken care of. She also has a great energy to be around and makes you feel very comfortable during checkups. Dr. Lee delivered my baby in March 2019. It was the best experience of my life. Baby's head was angled in a position that wasn't allowing her to clear my pelvic bone, but Dr. Lee was able to reposition her and avoid a C-section. Baby and I were both healthy and well after the delivery and beyond! I'd also like to add, that while pregnant, I saw an Endocrinologist and a high-risk pregnancy doctor for ultrasounds, and both had nothing but praise when they saw/heard Dr. Lily Lee was my OB. I thought that spoke volumes to her character and work. Prior to the birth of my child, I had a miscarriage. I was only six weeks along, but the whole experience was heartbreaking. Nurse Susan was wonderful the week and a half leading up to, and the days after the miscarriage. She was empathetic and communicative, which helped while going through that. I never had issues with the front desk/office staff, as some of the other reviews on Yelp mention. I never experienced call hold times longer than 5 minutes and never witnessed the staff being rude. I actually thought they were very nice and friendly, I was always greeted with a smile and given a friendly goodbye. Now, if I could just convince Dr. Lee to move herself and the practice to Arizona...
