Customer Service at its best! Ortho itself was great they had a full selection and we found exactly what worked for us. Denny at the Manhattan Beach store was GREAT! We had a few issues that he took care of immediately. No pressure and great service! Our experience was wonderful! Everyone was SO nice and helpful!

I stopped by this store a few days ago and purhased beds for my twin girls. They grew out of their little Jr. beds and it was time for real beds. As a parent, I would reccommend not going the Jr. bed route and just go straight to a twin bed. Use a bed rail and bypass the Jr. bed altogether. It's just another thing to store in the garage and have to sell in a yardsale. We finallylearned and purchased a regular twin for our 3rd child.Kristin, a blonde gal was the one that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable about the different beds and made this a painless experiences. She was very patient as I had twin girls terrorizing the place.My husband and I plan to return soon to purchase ourselves a new bed. It's either a new bed or no u-know-what!Kristin was awesome. Thanks!Olivia =)

Kristin was the sales person that helped me at this store and she was amazing! She wasn’t pushy but very helpful and gave me a good education about beds.I think I was driving her nuts because I didn’t know what I wanted She was very kind and helpful. I was in a hurry to get a couple beds in time for the holidays for our guests. We had not replaced our guest beds for many years! I had no clue how gross an old bed gets until ours ripped open when the old beds were taken out! It was really disgusting! It was so nice to have fresh clean beds.I returned a week ago to order a bed for my son going off to college. It was fast and very convenient since we had the bed directly delivered to my son at USC.Mission accomplished! Thank you Kristin at the Manhattan Beach store! I’ll be back to order a bed for my mother n’ law going to Assisted Living. Can I get a frequent flyer discount here? I can dream can’t I? LolKidding aside. I appreciate your help Kristin!

The service at Manhattan Beach Store was great the sales person Joseph was very helpful on helping choice the most comfortable pillow for my neck Issues. I am very happy with my purchase! I recommend this location . Great service!

I want to give props to Linda Garcia in Customer Service. She went out of her way to help me get a replacement mattress. It was a long process, though. My first mattress was memory foam and it had a VERY STRONG chemical odor. I called Paul and he told me to air it out for a couple of days. I aired it out, but the smell remained. He referred me to Linda. She told me a Mattress Inspector (which I fondly called the "mattress police") needed to come out and smell it. They couldn't come for two weeks. When they came out they were very nice and professional. Julio contacted Linda and she replaced the mattress as an even exchange. I would have given Paul, Linda and Ortho five stars, but it was almost a month until I got the new mattress because of the corporate policy and procedure. Someone in the warehouse needs to be trained to not get overzealous with the fire retardant!

Paul was great and safe during this COVID period. I just purchased my mattress from them this past October and have nothing but great things to say. I picked out a mattress that was too firm and Paul was great walking me through the comfort guarantee process. I upgraded to a higher end mattress. Paul was great and recommend for anyone looking for a new mattress
