We went on March 23, 2024We waited 5 minutes for them to give us a table for 8 people, the waiter was very friendly and bilingual, which I liked because in several restaurants they no longer want to speak in Spanish, the food was delicious, he was quick to serve, there is a refill of salad and certain drinks, a family and cozy atmosphere, even the waiter very kindly took 1 photo of us for which we thank him, excellent day!!!

We came to eat here and the food was good but the service was terrible. I’m not saying the waitress was bad, she was nice, but at the end make us feel uncomfortable. Yes, we bought drinks, but we know our limits. Towards the end of paying and getting our receipts, the waitress came and told us we could stay as long as we want and asked us who was driving. Honestly, it wasn’t any of her concern, like I said we know our limits. Not long after the manager came to check in with us and continued to ask us questions, again none of her concern. I am not trying to be disrespectful and ungrateful because they were just concerned, but our behavior had not changed even after a few drinks. We weren’t loud and just spoke. However, we were still not past our limits. This made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy. For someone to be counting our drinks and obviously not knowing our limits and not knowing who we are, these claims and questioning us like we don’t know the severity of drinking and driving was upsetting and disrespectful. We will not be coming back.

When I arrived, I went to the lobby to sign up for the waiting list, telling them how many people there were and I stressed that I still had a dog, that I could come in and they said yes, about 5 minutes later they gave us a table, the supervisor or manager arrived and asked if my dog was a service dog. ultra I told him no and he told me that I couldn't be there but since they had already given me a table I could stay and he also told me that because my dog barked 3 times that I could do something about it, the man was very rude I decided to leave the restaurant, it was a bad experience because before asking for a table I told them that I had a dog and they told me there was no problem.

Husband is fussy eater but not adventurous and this is his fav. I must admit the salad is reliable fresh & tasty. Salmon is excellent but smaller portion every year. Broccoli done perfectly and Soupa Toscana. For him: Tour of Italy dish ordered everytime over 20 years..lasagna ,chicken parmesan & fettuccine Alfredo.Families aplenty here for outings after church or family celebration. Booth seating great and place is not too loud so adults can have normal conversation. Not for bougie Italian food foodies but good choices for varied tastes in families and couples IMHO.

I really do not like this restaurant. It has absolutely destroyed my life and ruined my marriage. My wife, Andrea Humphries used to be a manager there. She was having a full on affair for 2 1/2 years with one of the employees and it has absolutely destroyed our marriage and everything, the infidelity rate is so high in the restaurant industry come to find out my child may not even be mine. All of this started as soon as she started working at this particular location as a manager and if any of the higher uppers, don't believe me, all they have to do is look at who were the last two people on a regular basis, who she used to clock out with one of the guys was looking at me like I did something to him when I went up to my wife's job during closing, waiting on her to get off work she rationalized and Justified and come to find out this guy now, and Amazon employee delivering to the house that she resides at this hurt me to the core of my spirit, and all they gotta do is investigated it....... And to make matters even worse, she still with this individual, while we are separated...... To this day....

If I could give this place zero stars I would. From our servers attitude to the food. Everything was horrid the server ended up having a attitude and spoke to my entire family with either disgust or pretended not to hear them. The food not cooked fully and my fettuccine alfredo barley had any sauce when I asked the server for more pretended to not hear us... when we asked for the bill he refused to give it to us and just told us to use screen on the table but we struggled to even use it.

It's very delicious, the portion is large, the environment is comfortable, and the service staff is very considerate. The downside is that it's still very cold even though it's indoors.
