I ordered a pair of Spanx for curbside pickup while in Houston, Texas. I absolutely hated how they fit so once I got back to Los Angeles, I googled Nordstrom near me. Honestly, I was fully expecting to arrive to a full Nordstrom department store but as I was getting closer and closer, I realized that couldn't be the case. Alas, Norstrorm Local - a storefront where you can pick up and return Nordstrom orders as well as get alterations. As long as you know going into it that this is what it is - it's fantastic and super convenient. My lower-than-normal three star rating stems from the less than friendly staff. Sure, I was absolutely grateful they accepted my return but wish the customer service was a little bit better, especially because I had already started the return and had a barcode for the employee to scan (they were not interested). Oh well. I'm sure I'll find myself here again in the future, hopefully next time the employees will join me in having a smile on their faces.

Forever a Nordstrom fan and this branch does not disappoint! Came in with a shirt that had torn and they exchanged for a new one, no questions asked. I've been back several times since to do an order pickup with ease. Very thankful for the convenience of this location!

I'm an Ambassador card member. I love the stores in Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa, Century City, Topanga and Del Amo. This MB store is great if you have to pick up a package or return something non designer. But if you ask for a price adjustment, they act like it's coming out of their pocket. I had to change a form of payment on a pair of Dior sneakers. They were hesitant because they said they normally don't take back items like Dior. But I was buying back the sneakers! I've not had alterations done there, but the tailors look friendlier then the customer service reps!

A die hard nordstrommer - I love having this local option. Staff was friendly yet busy and efficient, I was in and out in minutes for a simple return and alteration. So convenient. Thank you Nordstrom team.

I love this store and concept. Order online and pick up. Don't have to worry about porch pirates. I can check out the merchandise and make sure it fits. Very friendly staff and the alterations is very convenient. They will even do alterations on items not purchased through Nordstroms, for a charge. So happy to have them so close.

Super friendly staff and very fast service. Went in with a couple suits that needed tailored and Cor was amazing throughout the entire process. Even complimented my suits and gave me style tips on what to wear with the suits.

I bought a pair of lounge pants from Nordstrom rack. I wore them once and they fell apart at the seems in the wash. (very poorly made) I went to return them and Rack would not accept them. So I thought maybe this place would fix them for free, which was not the case. When I buy from any retailer I expect some level of quality and customer service, which is why I've been such a loyal customer in the past. In the past 15 years I've bought practically everything from Nordstrom including 3 heavenly beds but because of this one experience they have completely lost me as a customer.
