“We are staying in Manhattan Beach for a month and looked for a local butcher. Found Manhattan Meats and stopped by. It’s a combo meat market (you pay for your meat purchases at the meat counter) and a small market, so very convenient. I picked up their housemade sausage and we were very impressed, fresh and very well made and seasoned. Their steaks and 1/2 pound burgers looked amazing, as well as their fish selection. They also had natural chicken, rotisserie chicken and seasoned kebabs. Love the old-fashioned customer service.”

“Carneceria (meat market) chicken, beef, pork, wings. Marinated and non marinated. Fresh hot food bar. tacos, burritos, ceviche. Fresh Mexican drinks, Mexican sodas and variety of Mexican candy. Only thing it's missing are Mariachis. My go to favorite is the marinated carbs asada and marinated chicken. Those two meats chopped and served in tacos will make your party complete.”

“Stopped by here today since I couldn’t find a pizza place to try out. Very good Asada burrito. A lot of meat inside. Burrito comes with chips and salsa. I’ve tried on a few occasions to stop by here but the very limited parking always made me go elsewhere. Order outside and they do have a meat market inside. Friendly staff. If you plan to stop by here park as soon as you see an available spot that’s what I did because of my previous experiences. Street parking only. Dead end street along the south side. I’ll be back again for another burrito and to try something different”

“I absolutely love this place. First of all the meat is fresh. You can tell that it's been properly bled and they do whatever you want. They'll cut it however you want they have candy that you haven't seen since you were kids what was the last time you had a crush soda be a strawberry, pineapple, watermelon, strawberry I said strawberry it's really good grape or ranch. It's really good I really love this place and they have a hot cicerones hog head cheese. I mean this place is just wonderful if you want to go grocery shopping get some fresh meat and get clean food. This is the place and the guys there a really nice so I recommend this place yes I go from Long Beach to Inglewood just stick to my shopping but I love it.”

“I have visited and tasted most Spanish food restaurants from San Diego, Valentina in Oceanside, Sevilla in Riverside (moved), Long Beach, La Catalana a in Santa Clara to Telesferic Barcelona.,.. all great ... Hands down no one beats the Paella made at La Española meats... I mean no one. I have validated this year after year. You should try it... specially the House Paella... 5 Stars.”

“I googled this very-close-to-my-house space in search of pigs feet and oxtails to take to family, per their request. There was a slight line because it was just before Christmas, but once waited on, the butcher was helpful. The butcher shared that he cut the oxtails fresh daily. Mommy confirmed that the quality of what I brought her was top-notch, with no additional paring down of the oxtail fat being necessary, since they had been perfectly cut and trimmed.I was also asked by the butcher exactly how I wanted the pigs feet cut. Top shelf service, top shelf product.”

“If you like fresh produce and meat you have to check out Luis's. I'm a professional chef and I use all their meats. Beef (oxtails) pork, chicken fish etc. it's always fresh and fair in price. Margarit is so sweet and kind. I call to check inventory and she always let me know what's in. All the men in the meat department are super nice and they cut the meat anyways ( only if it's safe) lol don't go asking for too thin pieces lol. Thank you”

When you arrive they have two lines - 1 for those that preordered and 1 for walk ins . This makes the process go pretty quickly . Products are fresh and usually in stock .”
