He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times.
