Highly recommendedMoving to a new location is always difficult. I have done this twice in the past 3 yrs. between Dallas and Los Angeles. Dallas was quite simple as there is a company called SmartCity that does much of the work for you. They do everything from finding a place based on your criteria to touring and providing virtual options for the client. I have not found a similar option for LA. This all brings me to the wonderful Marlene Ramirez...After my first visit to LA in trying to scout apartments and availabilities, I stopped at a random parking lot. Then, I see the Sotheby's Manhattan Beach office on Sepulveda. Given the reputation of the Sotheby's name, I decided to call the office to ask about insights of good towns to live in LA. The purpose of this was supplemental as I did my own research as well. It was then that I connected to Marlene and the rest was history.Marlene is absolutely fantastic. She understood what I was looking for based on my criteria. Based on her location, she also specifically understood the oceanside areas I wanted to live by resulting in one of my favorite spots Marina Del Rey. The best about her is the after service. In most cases, whether real estate or other services, it ends after you pay for the product / service. In Marlene's case, you become a part of her family. We kept connected afterwards multiple times from casual hangouts to dinner at Lawry's. She is excellent and highly recommended for any real estate or even asking questions about the related. I worked on an escrow for a property that Marlene was an agent for. She is such a pleasure to work with. She always answered my calls which makes my job a lot easier. She is great at communicating and staying on top on things. I will not mind using her as my future agent.

Marlene is one of the most honest,sincere and hard-working realtors you could find. If you need to buy a home , she will do everything possible to find you the perfect home. Marlene helped us purchase our dream home in Brentwood during a crazy inventory shortage! Marlene was the main reason we were able to get into the LA real estate market during this time and her relationship with the broker showing our dream home was instrumental in our offer being considered/accepted. Highly recommend her as she will make a normally challenging experience into a smooth and fun one. We are so grateful and happy we had her on our side during this market!

She is exceptionally helpful, I admire her dedication towards her clients. She made sure that we find exactly what we were looking for...a beautiful condo located in a safe neighborhood , with dishwasher for my fiancé ( our number 1 requirement ) and hookups for our own washer & dryer. I'm so grateful for all that she did to be able to get our place to live. I will definitely recommend Marlene. She's an angel sent from above.

Marlene did an absolutely incredible job in finding us just the right place. She made it her goal to find the "one place" that met everyone of our requirements. Her persistence alone got us this place. Because of a very competitive price in a highly sought after area, there was much competition. But Marlene was on it. We actually gave up on it at least twice because of a very difficult owner. Marlene was relentless and we owe her a debt of gratitude. Still can't believe we got it, but we're here...all moved in.
