“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

“Cool spot to come to and hang out at. It is mostly college kids here with a few regulars. The Trader Joe's and the Target are a great addition. There's some pretty decent eating spots here. The validate parking for 2 hours. You can get some parking on the street but the structure is good. Plenty of spaces. I don't mind coming by here especially for the Trader Joe's”

“This location is very convenient but the only complaint I would have is that the parking is horrible. There's hardly any spaces and it's very tight. Coming in and out is very difficult because some people double park due to spaces been limited. The customer service that I experienced from this location is awesome. They're quick and dependable. I actually paid this location a visit in November of 2023 and also in December. My only complaint is that I wish they had the feature where QR code could be scanned or maybe a barcode that is presented. For some strange reason they don't have that feature.”

They always find the best way to ship it for the best price. No matter what day I need it to arrive it always gets there. Of all the stores in Santa Monica, this is one of the top ones I feel loyally to. They are fabulous!”
“I hated shipping stuff. The process of finding the right box, bubble wrap, styrofoam, taping, measuring, weighing, then calculating and making all the choices was frustrating and it was always twice as much as I expected. And then I discovered Gina. I will NEVER again go to a UPS store or a FedEx location and have them handle packing and shipping for me. Gina and her team take all of my frustrations away. She is about the nicest person on earth. She loves what she does, and she's been doing it for 20+ years. She knows how to safely package heavy and fragile electronics. She knows how to get lower rates. Gina knows. She just knows. EDIT: I just shipped a 30+ pound, expensive, fragile amplifier PLUS a super fragile tube pre-amplifier via Gina. I literally dropped the gear off, she measured it, weighed it, gave me an exact price (very reasonable price!), and I left. A few days later all the gear arrived at the destination across the country in good working order. The recipient said everything was very well packaged. Gina is my hero!!!”
