The Manhattan Beach Lovesac store is the best. Illya and Josh were extremely helpful and explained the details of each type seat, back, material along with the Stealth Tech system. We were fortunate to purchase during their sale, but the value of getting a beautiful setup that is dog friendly, washable and cozy was just amazing. I recommend to all if you are looking for a new couch, sofa, sactional or a sac. Don't go any further than the Manhattan Beach Lovesac Store.

I am beyond impressed with the service and value that LoveSac Manhattan has to offer. We were initially treated by Josh's who broke everything down for us and provided all the information we were looking for. Once we made up our minds we returned to LoveSac and we're met by IIlya who proceeded to give us our final review and helped us get the biggest bang for our buck deals! Truly can't recommend LoveSac enough. Not only is their selection great but their staff is just as impressive.Forever will return to LoveSac Manhattan.Once again! Thank you Josh and Illya!

Illya and Josh went out of there way to make our experience smooth and fast. We ordered our couch and thought it would take 2 weeks but it came a week early. Illya/Josh, thank you for being so patient with us. I know we had a lot of questions, but you guys made us feel like we were talking to friends.

Excellent shopping experience. Delivery could have been much better for the amount we spent! Shopping/5 stars, delivery/1 star. I had to drag each of the ten boxes up to the elevator, then to the fifth floor and finally from the elevator to our apartment. It was insane!

I had a very pleasant experience going into the love sac store the other day to get a new couch! The two employees including the manager were very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied, answered all my questions! Highly recommend if your looking for a new audio system for your home and a couch this is the right place!

Illya was fantastic & great to work with. He showed us the various product options, answered all of our questions, put zero pressure on us, and patiently worked with us to get us the exact options that we needed. Illya even let us know regarding an upcoming sale, and called us back to confirm that he had applied an extra 15% discount to our order, given the subsequent flash sale a few days after our purchase. Overall, Illya, Dan (store manager), & Lovesac were wonderful to deal with, and we wish all of our shopping experiences were as pleasant & seamless as this one. We had gone to the mall to look for a couch at another store. I did not realize Lovesac was in this mall. So my husband and I decided to go in and see what Lovesac was all about. I’m glad we did! We were greeted by a salesmen named Illya. I cannot say enough about him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He answered all our questions and did quotes for different configurations of the couch. He made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend! Now I can’t wait for our couch to arrive.
