Helens team set me up with a terrific ITU legal Cannondale road bike to train with while visiting my grandkids in California. I also raced the Hermosa Beach Triathlon, and managed an average speed of 21.5 mph on a narrow, 3-loop course to wind up on the podium! There were several other Helens rental bikes in the transition area, so I was not the only one lucky enough to get a great bicycle for this wonderful, competitive charity event. The wrenchers at Helens put my pedals on, showed me how the disc-brake & electronic shifting bike worked & could not have been more helpful. I would definitely rent form them in the future.

I purchased a bike online at one location then realized there was a closer location to me. They didn’t hesitate to truck the bike to the closer location and saved me over an hour of driving. And when I went to pick up the bike, staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location, great staff!
Wanted to pick up bike riding again. Looked at a few different bikes then Daniel assisted me and showed me some styles. Was not pushy at all and let me test it out first. He adjusted seat a few times, gave me some pointers/tips. Rode the bike a few times over the weekend no complaints so far.
I would recommend this place to friends. IF I HAD ANY!!! They will help you find what matches your needs and will find a frame that suits you. 10/10 service!

I was having issues with my TREK ELECTRIC GO and took it to my recent TREK certified bike shops in the area & they told me since I bought it in Newport Beach they couldn't work on it! This was egregious. I remembered Helen's was a TREK certified bike shop I gave them a call. Mario told me my options and I dropped it off. Greg from the shop called two days later and told me about his thorough analysis and his findings. He also told me about my warranty options which I had no clue about it and in fact I was covered. The service was so great/the bike shop is in such great condition [ cool vibes ] Greg helped me and educated me on a mountain bike that I ended up purchasing. Helen's is my go to TREK and overall bike shop. Great service regardless if you are buying a $5,000 bike or a $200 beach cruiser or just getting a tire changed! Customer Service!

As a loyal customer who been coming consistently giving business to Helen’s cycle both location’s,I am extremely disappointed with the service with my mountain bike that has been at this location for literally three months.bike came in for a level two service and then when I came to pick up my bike within the first month of dropping it off the front brakes pad was changed but bike still felt stiff and had a very slow stoppage while the back ones was fine. I leave the bike again after explaining my concerns, which I end up leaving my bike again for another month. And I get it back with the same issue and now my gears are still struggling between my top and gears when shifting and when I peddle backwards my chain jumps off the derailleur.Im spending so much money and I’m not seeing no difference only difference I see is the new handlebars… I’m being humble for taking accountability about my bike being there for over two months. When in reality, I never even got a call about my bike being ready for pick up. I dislike that feeling when you gotta keep expressing your concerns, and it feels like you’re complaining but I’m paying for the service…
