LOVE their products but had a TERRIBLE experience with their store manager Cheryl. We have spent thousands of dollars here but will not be giving them our business unless something changes with their management.I went into the store several weeks ago after purchasing a bracelet a few days prior. The other girls on the floor have always been friendly and we have had no issues until this point. There was a malfunction with the bracelet I bought and when I came in to get a replacement, not only was I refused the exchange, but Cheryl was incredibly rude and undermining from the moment I stepped into the store. I have noticed this behavior before when she talks to her associates but never thought a client would be treated the same. It's a shame that a quality store is so poorly run.

Their trinkets are cute and a bit overpriced for what it is. The products also tarnish very easily. Probably wouldn't get anything here again unfortunately.

Absolutely love this store & the staff! Their jewelry is so cute- I always get compliments and their pieces last so well for the price point. Yesterday I had incredible service from Angelina who went above and beyond for my shopping experience and it was a confirmation of why I love this brand.

I will start off by saying I like their jewelry. I've gotten a lot for of gifts here for my GF, but I think the last one will be my final purchase from them.I got a nice gold bracelet that after a month started to fray, went to return it and it was discontinued (I assume because that was a common issue), my girlfriend was told about a small gold chain bracelet that had a letter on it. She wore it two times before it must have broken off because it is so dainty. We called but they "don't replace lost items" even if they make bracelets they can't handle simple wearing. Will by the last time we spend that kind of money for products you have to look to make sure are on just for wearing them.

me and my mom walked in and immediately was not greeted with a smile or a welcome by the ladies that are in the picture. They completely ignored us while they asked the white folks if they need help. I really felt their vibe changed because we are latinas. What a shame, I would've purchased something but their customer service was terrible and I felt discriminated.

Fantastic customer service. I showed up with a bracelet that had snagged on something and was broken. The woman at the store could not have been nicer! She replaced it immediately. She cut off the tag and helped me put the new one on my wrist. The whole process took less than a minute. I will definitely go back! Beautiful jewelry, nice people. What more could you ask for?

I received wonderful service from Kat and Eileen at the Manhattan Village location. One of my huggies did not snap very well and without hesitation it was replaced. Both ladies were also helpful with picking out earrings for my daughter. The Venice necklace is next on my list and I will be purchasing it there!

I visited this store for the first time today. I called ahead to find out where they were located because this mall has changed so much since the renovation. I also asked if I could exchange a purchase I made in error online and was told "bring it in and we'll see". I found the response odd considering Gorjana has the same service level as Nordstrom. It is true five star customer service (until today). I was immediately greeted by a young woman when I arrived which was great. I got in line to exchange my necklace and was pulled out of line for assistance on the side (also fine). I pulled the items out and started explaining what I think happened with my order. She asked if I called earlier and I told her yes. Clearly she wasn't listening because she looked at my receipt and said "this order is right". Well duh, I knew that which is why I asked the question when I called and just explained I must've accidentally ordered it twice because one was already in my cart instead of the one I thought so I ordered it again. I told her I wanted to exchange one of them for the one I wanted AND I wanted purchase another one. You'd think I was speaking a foreign language. It was so uncomfortable when I clearly just wanted every Aries necklace they had. I didn't think my request was that complicated. I honestly did not feel welcome by her at all. I have ALOT of Gorjana pieces. It's the only brand I wear. I have been shopping them for years. I have never felt this way in any of their stores. I've shopped Laguna and Fashion Island and never did I feel like a customer of no value like I did today. I typically brush things off and keep going but since I likely wont return to this store I felt it necessary to share my experience. I will continue to shop at Century City where I ALWAYS feel appreciated and welcome. I don't recall her name which is why I didn't mention it but this 2022, I should be able to shop any store regardless of the prominent race in that area. I gave this review 3 stars because I was able to get what I needed yet extremely disappointed by the energy.

I called ahead to see if they could check if an item was in stock for me in multiple sizes since I wanted to gift these. The sales associate found the items and offered to place them on hold for me. Got to the store and Marcella had everything ready and she even offered other suggestions for what I was looking for. Appreciate the customer service and input on my decisions :)

This is a beautiful new store with great jewelry, very reasonably priced for the quality and tasteful. Kristin helped me get a gorgeous gift and was super helpful about ordering for pickup. I highly recommend!!

This store is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. I'm not sure of the name of the lady that helped me and my sister but she was super helpful and so patient. She created a nice experience and was so amazing. Def will recommend to others
