This was our first time to this location. We came in to find some vinyl records - and we hit the jackpot! But ONLY because Christina noticed that we were interested in their selection of music records. Christina went above & beyond and went to the store's back room merchandise and brought out some more crates for us to go through. Because of Christina's "extra mile" for us, we will definitely be back!'

They have really flexible hours but are pretty particular in how they accept donations- things must be boxed and or bagged. I get the "rule or guideline" but the delivery of message could be better. Salvation Army behind Michael's seem to be very friendly and they offer to help empty your car, which has never been offered at Goodwill.

Management has since addressed the concerns I presented in my initial review. Very happy to see this change implemented and I hope this policy is extended to the other local locations!!

I like the sustainability of thrift stores. Unfortunately, the staff and manager are pretty rude here, which is disappointing for a chain that promotes social and environmental good.

They need to improve customer service... every time I go I get more experience.

Good selection but the fitting rooms are often closed for no reason. They won’t open them even when politely asked. Makes no sense.

Good selection but fitting rooms are often closed. The staff won't open even when politely asked, nor can give me a reason why I can't try anything on.

Working here is been the most horrible experience of my life. And this is for this Hispanic lady, rude unhappy assistant manager. She is extra rude with employees and customers as well, she time the employees when using the restroom and talk behind the backs of all employees of ALL. Many customers have gone because of her when they had an exchange they were always looking for the very professional Deandre because he is very, very professional he does his job great and treat all in a very wonderful manner but I’m so sorry that he is working under so much stress that this assistant manager lady is causing him. Hope the rest of management stop this miserable work environment.

The times that I've gone to this store, I find pretty cool things. The employees that I have came across have been very nice. There's a man, who I believe is the manager, is very nice and kind. I asked him for kid shoes and he went to the back to get them for me.

You know what… it is precisely disturbing to know that someone at their job doesn’t like working there or being there due to showing that effect physically by being rude and nasty towards people and it seems like she gets away with it and i had enough with nothing being done as far as some kind of discipline because i have been a loyal customer, it is very unacceptable that being in work environment it is ok too be Unprofessional, when it is not. So here i am speaking on behalf of the team as well, because i have witnessed the older hispanic lady’s behavior and tone when it comes to talking to her employee’s in fact a couple of them walked out during shift I suppose this is unfair and not likely, to run a business it takes RESPECT that she doesn’t require to have, and because of her keep in mind she will be the reason you guys as sales associates and management will go out of business, if no action is being taken behind this lady’s behavior.

Went there this morning and had to endure extremely loud and annoyingly whiny progressive music. Bring your headsets!

Pros: Organized & good quality clothes, variety of women’s dressesCons: 1 dressing room & a little more expensive than other Goodwill stores, not a large men’s selectionI found good clothes. But I just had to search a good bit (like every good thrifter). I didn’t know there was only 1 out of 2 dressing rooms open. So I piled up the clothes and realized that only one was open and that I could only take 3 items in at a time. Since there was only 1 dressing room available, I felt rushed to try on clothes and decide if I wanted it once I was in the dressing room.Prices are a little steeper. For example, an Old Navy workout crop top was $9.99, which I’ve seen similar style clothes for around $5.99-7.99 at Salvation Army.

Please don't shop at this store, Older lady tried to gauge me for more Money, saying a shirt was misspriced. Also prices have gotten really absurd, for donated items. It seems like they would rather throw clothing away than make a sale at lower price.

Horrible, rude, elitist snobs running the donation center. I’ll rethink any connection to goodwill in the future. This beach shows that they are no longer in the public service business.
