I brought my 2006 Ford Econoline to Globe Tire because my front end was making knocking noises. I had been told by 2 other garages that there was no issue and everything looked great (how this is possible, I have no idea). I knew there was an issue because I could see all the bushings were cracked and something was leaking near my front driver's side tire. One of my neighbors said they did great work and recommended I check them out. To say they delivered is an understatement! Not only did they take me in without an appointment but they also had their mechanic go on a test ride with me so he could hear the issue. They immediately took my vehicle onto the lift and had a diagnosis within 15 minutes. They gave me a very reasonable quote and said they'd call when it was ready. They called later in the afternoon to let me know they were still waiting on a few parts but expected to be finished the next day. Everything was ready the next day, just as they said. And the knocking noise was fixed! It turned out to be a really big job and required a lot of the front end to be replaced, but they knocked it out of the park! The entire experience was amazing. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took their time explaining what needed to be repaired and they offered to split up the repairs over time to make it more affordable. They even gave me a discount to help with the cost. I can't say enough about this shop. I was genuinely caught off guard by their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. Thank you to everyone at Globe Tire!! You now have a new lifelong customer!

I had only one day to get new tires on my daughter’s car. They didn’t have the tires in stock that I needed. They ordered them that day, rushed them in and got the job done. Professional and over delivered for me. I will definitely will get my next tires from them. All with reasonable pricing.

I paid $1,700 for the parts and $1,000 for the labor and I came out feeling great about the big spend for my hybrid EV car! I was impressed with the speed of the services, which included purchase of brand new tires and the flush and refill of three separate cooling systems. We coordinated the delivery of the parts so when the parts arrived the next day, I dropped off my car and they were finished within just 5 hours.
An automated wheel alignment test was provided and it identified a torn control arm throwing the wheel toe out of alignment, which the Globe promptly fixed without delay. While some may believe unexpected surprises during inspection may be dubious, this one made complete sense as my car did use to yank to one side when I drove. I did not feel my trust in their mechanics were abused.
I cannot think this could have been the same experience with my local dealership. My car would have had been in their garage for multiple days and without an alignment test, the torn control arm would have not been found.
I needed this car done fast and they did deliver within 24 hours of getting the quote. Thanks Alan and Globe! The car drives like the day I bought it brand new once again!

I’ve always come here for my tires. Their work is precise and clean. Their prices are the best around, even offering better prices than big box stores, and Globe tires are far superior brands and models than you can find at those types of stores. I just won’t go anywhere else.
