Maggie at the Manhattan Beach location is amazing! I will definitely return to shop with her, I absolutely hate shopping and the made the experience magical.

Really cute place. It’s very small but never seems to be too crowded. The clothes are great. The customer service is even better. The cashier helped us just like they’re supposed to. It seems that since the store is small that there’s less staff so you won’t be consistently bothered while you’re looking around.

Francesca’s is amazing and my girlfriend always find several cute outfits. They always have fair to great prices and Pandora at the sales counter is ALWAYS so helpful and a pleasure to chat with.

I had the worst experience here on Friday! I always come here because usually they are nice and they have great teacher dresses. I love welcoming and kind employees and I'm always finding something I like . This review is solemnly based on just my customer experience. I walked in and no one said hello, or welcomed me in . That was a bit awkward and unusual. I saw three employees chatting at their register area and I just continued to look for a dress. I found one that I absolutely loved but as I was going to ask for a room, the employee yells at my son for touching something. It was the most awful experience. He's 12! He's not breaking your things and if he did , I would have paid for it ! There's no need to yell at a child that isn't doing anything wrong . I immediately decided a HARD NO on the dress I found and decided to go else where. I will not be returning to this location with such poor customer service .

Totally disappointed to walk up to the door and see it locked. The girl who came to the door said she was on her lunch break. What!!??? What store in the mall closes for lunch? And there's no sign outside stating "lunch hours". I'm literally sitting outside the store now waiting for her to open back up while I write this review. I don't even want to give them my business, but I also don't have time to drive to Del Amo. I am just here to pick up a gift for someone, this is so annoying, unprofessional and inconvenient. We love Francesca's but won't be coming back to this location.

Cute clothes! Haven't shopped for myself in a long time. Thanks to the sales associate I bought two nice tops. They have great service.

Just stopped by this store during my work lunch break and they decided to close the store for lunch. Really? What? The posted note said "Gone for lunch will return in 33 minutes." That's really poor staffing when you have to shut down a retail store so an employee can eat. At least post what time the employee is coming back. I've reported this issue to corporate as I'm sure this is not how they would like a retail business to operate.

I had a poor experience with the manager on duty, Tracy or Tracie, not sure how she spells her name. All I wanted to do was exchange a top but I ended up returning it instead because of Tracy or Tracie's rude and abrasive behavior. Tracy or Tracie talked over me the entire time and then snapped at me for asking for the actual store manager's name. I called the store the next day to speak with Samantha, the store manager, but Tracy or Tracie picked up the phone and snapped at me again. At that point I called corporate. Samantha did try to make it right though and informed me that Tracy or Tracie was wrong about the store policy and acknowledging Tracy or Tracie's behavior as completely inappropriate. I don't think I'll stop here again if they keep hiring people who lack social skills like Tracy or Tracie.

Stephanie (if I remember correctly) was amazing! I came in last night to find a last minute outfit to wear to a graduation. I had no idea what I wanted to wear so she pulled several different dresses and rompers for me to try on. She listened to my concerns and comments and would pull something else. She was so helpful. I feel bad I didn't end up getting any of the cute things she pulled for me, but I just couldn't decide.

I am giving them one star because I ordered two picture frames online one arrived broken and the second one had what appeared to be drops of human blood on the outside of the package. This is the first and last time I do business with them. I emailed them to let them know one frame was broken and there was no response.
