Writing a review because it wasn’t until these past couple weeks that I realized how important it is to bank with a bank that you can actually get a hold of. I needed a few urgent important documents and Justin Hannah got them all to me SO quickly. I felt bad I was being annoying asking for so many things but he truly made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience (although I def was ?). My emails and calls were always answered within minutes (maybe even seconds) and this made a very stressful time in my life A LOT less stressful. Aside from the personal help I’ve gotten from Justin, I’ve been to other FRB branches in the past and have always loved how I’ve been treated, I was even given chocolate cookies a few times ? If that’s not enough to love them, then I don’t know what is!

Long overdue review but I would definitely recommend this bank to anybody that needs a bank that cares about them and not just their money. And a big shoutout to Jessie Peña for all his help and for being my personal banker. I highly recommend him to anybody and everybody.

The worst customer service, even for a bank.Online banking service support is nonexistent.I was told by the online customer assistant representative to call my bank to resolve my online issue.But it was 6:00 am , and bank was closed.Please that make sense.

My call came from him saying my mail was returned for being homeless I came here pregnant an not homeless trying to cash a personal check in my name via harvest home shelter for pregnant women show how much they don't like black people while galsons takes EBT there they new I was on walfare to open the account it wasn't about homeless I had my dad's address it's about raceThanks that what I closed the account forThe color of my skin

I refinanced my mortgage with First National during the pandemic. Even with all the craziness going on, they were super helpful and got me a great rate! I've since opened a checking account with them and have been working with Kyle Delicata. He's always there when I need him, is quick to get things done and one of the nicest people I've ever met.

I have been banking with First Republic for several years and their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I started banking with First Republic because of Josh Rogge. He is phenomenal. He is available and willing to help at anytime and he knows how to get things done quickly and correctly. Most recently, I know that First Republic is working tirelessly to help with customers with applications for PPP. While the "big banks" are having problems getting this done, people like Richard Chan and Josh Rogge and the entire staff at First Republic are working tirelessly for their customers!
