The customer service was great. My cashier was very helpful. The selection of bras at its highest quality. They also have variety of different brands like Bali , warner and etc I did love the price point and the quality of service and the product. The ambience is great. Very clean tidy very organized no kids running around.

Macy's department store, in my experience, deserves a solid 4/5 rating. The vast array of products and well-known brands creates a diverse shopping environment. I love Macys but this review is about their Birthday reward program. The last couple of years I received a happy birthday email stating $10 off $30 for my birthday but there is no barcode in the email for the clerk to scan only a code that says for online or in store purchase. The clerk says I can't use this code for in store purchase so I called customer service and they did nothing about the situation at all. The person I spoke to was totally ignorant and uninformed about the birthday reward so they were no help whatsoever. So disgusting so I will no longer partition their birthday reward program too much confusion, looking for another major department store to shop at. One more thing I did a price adjustment on an item I purchased online and they said they were sending me a gift card in the amount due to me and this is 2 months later and I have never received it.

No one in the shoe department would help me, and I was then laughed at by the male employee (who I had to approach and wait for) in the shoe department when I asked for my size in some boots. He said "we definitely don't have that size". He proceeded to look at me funny until he actually checked. He made me feel bad about myself for asking and was very disrespectful.

Macy's in MB Village is my go to Macy's. Clean and well organized. In walking distance of great restaurants. Great brands for my kids, and a section for Toys R Us. Taking my kids here brings back fond memories of when I was a young boy shopping with my mother at Macy's. To top it off, friendly customer service. In fact, a manager went the extra distance to help me with an online return, and I appreciate her helpfulness!

Phil at Laura mercier is incredible. He color matches foundation perfectly and spends a lot of time to make sure the costumer is happy. He taught me new techniques for liner, foundation and lipstick. I left very happy with my purchases!

MACY'S - MANHATTAN VILLAGE (Manhattan Beach, CA)Really want to give them a ZERO.My boss gave me a necklace for Christmas. I wanted to exchange it. She wrote a note on the box saying that the salesperson forgot to give her a gift receipt, but, if I wanted to exchange/return it the tags should suffice. Prior to going to the Manhattan Village store I looked up the policy for exchanges and returns w/out a gift receipt so I knew it could be done with an email address and/or phone number. I spoke with Elizabeth in the fine jewelry dept. She looked at the necklace as well as the note and told me there is nothing she can do. I asked her to look up the purchase and she said she couldn't. I once again showed her the note and the policy and she said "I'll get a manager". The manager (middle-aged blond woman whose name I did not get) came over with an already made up mind and said "we can't do anything with that". I explained the situation and she couldn't have cared less. She literally said "we don't know who wrote that note or why" and then they both just stared at me so I showed her my receipts for other purchases including another necklace that I had just spent $900 for as well as the other necklace which was a gift from my son also w/out the secondary tag that she claimed MUST accompany all purchases. I told her if the secondary tag must accompany all purchases then Macy's needs to inform their associates of that fact because as much as I shoppED there it is hit and miss if they put that second tag on purchases. I showed her my emailed receipts for all of the purchases I made during this Christmas shopping season and she just stared at me. I then said since there will be no customer service for me today, I will make sure to never shop here again and she said "okay".I came home and gathered up every purchase that I had not already given as gifts as well as the items I purchased for myself, I put the receipts and the items in bags and I will be returning them within the next couple of days. I also informed my boss that I will be giving the necklace back to her (and why) and told her to get her money back and I don't ever want another gift from Macy's ever again. THERE IS NO WAY THAT I WILL BE (OR HISTORICALLY HAS BEEN) THE ONLY PERSON WANTING TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHOUT A GIFT RECEIPT AND SHE SAID THERE IS NOTHING MACY'S CAN OR WILL DO TO ASSIST THOSE CUSTOMERS? I don't believe it and I will take my business to other retailers who appreciate it.

Estée Lauder at Manhattan Beach Mall - tried to purchase make-up few different times; each time Estée Lauder didn't have the few things I needed. I went to Estée Lauder at Cerritos Mall was able to get everything I needed and more.

1 star because I can't give 0.Worst employees I've ever experienced.Bought a very expensive mattress /box spring a few days ago and the employee Lorena said to pick up whenever I needed it would be ready for me. I Show up 4 days later to pick it up after renting a truck . No employees near sight. 15 minutes later the store is gonna close & I finally find someone to contact The manager !!! When she comes she tells me nothing is ready we need to call within 24 hours before coming . Mind you the employee I bought it from told me it was wrapped and ready to go whenever I needed, to bring my receipt and it would be given to me right away.The manager did not help in anyway, and was very condescending. INCONSISTENT INFORMATION from ALL employees and the manager. NEVER AGAIN. I will be calling HR.

We purchased a bed from Manhattan Beach Macy's. What a big mistake. We bought one of the most expensive beds, hotel collection lux firm. We were returning a Top in the line Beauty rest that failed to hold shape in less than 3 years. We still have not gotten the refund from this bed. We ask the sale people we dealt with and they tell us to call customer care. We have done this 7 times and still no help. Also the bed we bought $7000 is a lot harder than the floor model. We tell the sales people and they say there is a break in period. B.S. Also they told us there would be a cooling affect with this type of bed. B.S . When we go back to the store they just give us the run around. ( no Manger in ect. DONT BUY A BED FROM MACY'S. I love this Macys. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. You just have to know how to how to be nice to get what you the service you want. Every time I request help here I get it the help I need. Sometimes the staff is busy, yet they make sure I get the assistance I am looking for. Wonderful and outstanding store.
