They aren't kidding with "keephers". I attempted to sell a bodysuit here and months go by and no call about a sale. Stopped by to pick it up because they claimed after 3 months of no sale on it I could take it back from them and they are closed every time I stop. They don't answer their phone and aren't open even during times they claim to be. Literally stole the thing I was trying to sell with them. Unbelievable. Don't sell here.

Gorgeous inventory!! As an avid thrifter, it's a relief to actually find options that are curated. Bonded with another girl in the store about how hard it is not to buy everything. Amazing spot in such a charming area, I have to come back and shop more in MB!!

Called multiple times with no answer.Drove down to the shop and there were no customers there, yet they couldn’t answer the phone?I’ll take my designer clothing to another shop for consideration given that your customer service before I even arrived was so significantly lacking.

I shopped here for the first time on Saturday so this review is based on my one-visit experience. Pros: - large selection of luxury brand items from mid to high end, tastefully chosen items in good conditions - large selection of high-end designer handbags which I love! - owner was very friendly and approachable Cons: - much more expensive price tags than other luxury consignment stores I've shopped at. I'm a seasoned consignment shopper, been shopping the pre-owned market exclusively for the past 7 or 8 years, and also run a side consignment business of my own so I have a lot of benchmarking to compare with. - as another customer mentioned on here, many items were missing a price tag making it inconvenient and time consuming when making a purchase decision - some items could use some dusting. My hands were dusty after going around the store and trying on bandages for 20 minutes

Whoever was working the store today was exceptionally rude (January 10, 2023) and the store was very messy. I live nearby and thought I’d give it a try. Bummed it wasn’t a better experience.

In the last year I've tried to visit this store many times and there is either a sign that says back at 3:30pm., no one ever comes back. So unprofessional and disrespectful to clients.

Stop it!!!! This place is ridiculously AMAZING! Why pay full price for luxury goods when you can purchase them for a fraction of the price??? You have a chance to see the item(s) in person before you buy. These days, it's all about Reuse, Re-sell, or Re-purchase! Save money & save the planet! Went in with the intention of "just browsing"......... walked out with such a deal- I felt like a thief! Going back next week to consign my bags and see what other deals I may find! Best to call ahead or make an appointment before hand. See you there!

Such an amazing and adorable store to find purses and other designer items. The store has great prices and their items are always in great condition. The store is extremely clean and organized which was definitely a plus for me especially during COVID. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for designer items at a cheaper price and in great condition. Will be returning again soon!

I have lived down the street from here for over a year now and had been waiting with great excitement to shop here. They are NEVER open despite their sign showing “open” and their hours stating they should be. My girlfriends were in town and we walked by pleasantly surprised to find them open. We started to walk in only to have an extremely rude and disrespectful employee yell at us to stop. She let in those of us who are Caucasian but stopped those of us who are Asian. Coincidence? I would’ve thought so except that she continued to be rude to those of us who areAsian. She didn’t find us important enough to get off her phone call, yelled at us to be careful, spoke down to us and didn’t address our questions. I will never step in this store again (which doesn’t matter since they are never open) and will share my experience to everyone I know.
