“I had a iphone with a broken screen, or so I thought. I had a quote of $110 for the repair. When I got to the shop, I was told that it was not the screen but the screen protector that was damaged. Really?!? A new screen protector was applied which cost $20 instead of $110. The repair was done in minutes. I could have been quoted the $110 replacement and not questioned the cost or the need for the repair. Really honest personnel. I couldn't be more pleased!”

“Jason and his team were amazing. My phone would not turn on and had water damage. Apple couldn’t help me and suggested I seek help from someone that has experience in data recovery. After purchasing a new iPhone 15 pro from Apple I went over to visit Jason at South Bay Mobile Repairs. He explained the process to me and I was way out of my comfort zone because I had to give him passwords in case he was successful on the data recovery. He kept me updated through the process which was a couple of days. He was successful on retrieving all of my data and successfully migrated all of my data over to my new phone. “So my HDMI wouldn't read for my ps5, I called several shops for them to up charge & request 3-5 business to fix my console. Bro's Game Shop was speedy and excellent with their services. Not only were they able to fix my HDMI issue, I also had an overheating problem they took care of for a low price. Overall an amazing experience, I'd definitely recommend this place for console repairs, they also have a great game catalog to choose from. Thank you Bro's for the great service! “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”

“Technically my camera was not fixed here, but the young guy ( apologies I don’t remember his name) inspected my camera that had water damage ? and was able to give me great advice on how to possibly repair some of the potential damage( luckily it wasn’t fatal or too bad) due to it being a type of camera that he couldn’t buy parts for. But with his helpful advice my camera is back to normal!! Huge shoutout to this business and I will definitely be bringing my business here in the future.”

“Thank you, Leon and Alex! Excellent customer service and honest reliable iPhone XS Max repair. My iPhone screen is no longer eligible for Apple Care and had been cracked for a while. It started to have a white flashing light, then, it would go black, but, the screen was still “functioning”. Via phone, Alex suggested I fix my phone versus purchasing refurbished iPhone. They replaced the cracked screen, which fixed the other issues. The price was reasonable and less than a 1/3 of what Apple would charge me. The repair took about an hour! They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.”

“Came in to get my old Pioneer turntable fixed. He looked at it and agreed with me that the RCA cables needed to be replaced. The RCA cables were replaced for a very competitive price. When I got home I noticed that sound was only coming through one speaker. Took it back and he was able to identify another problem with the turntable. He was able to fix it for no additional charge. Really quick turnaround and very knowledgeable service. Would definitely return.”

“I would like to recommend and commend the outstanding Warranty Service that I received from Steve and his entire staff at Total Office Support. Steve, Jonathan, and Jose were spectacular. I had just purchased a new Brother HLL-6400DWT Printer from a vendor named California Displays. I received the product new on June 5th, 2020 and about 1 week later, I had an issue arise where I was getting wrinkles on my legal sized printed paper. I immediately called Total Office Support and spoke to Jonathan and Jose. They gave me an option; you can return it to the original seller and just get a new one since it is only 1 week old or we can place it under the Brother warranty and get it fixed for you right away. I advised Jonathan and Jose that I need the printer right away and that returning and getting a new one again would probably take another 2 weeks, so I just wanted to get it repaired under the Brother Warranty. Jonathan further explained that Brother had issued an updated Fuser unit for this particular model just recently and that Brother was aware of the issue and issued a Service bulletin to all Authorized Brother Service Centers and he shared that he had the new updated one in stock! Fabulous. Jose, the technician got it all completed within 4 hours! I am an extremely busy Loan Signing Agent and I rely on my printer for my business. I want to thank everyone at Total Office Support for their great Customer Service and assistance. I have used them before in the past and they have always provided honest and great Service.
