I haven't made any transactions with DP YET, but I did call yesterday and spoke with Ben who was very nice, patient and honest when answering/explaining everything I asked about. I literally cried tears of joy after getting off of the phone with him and sent DP's info to friends & family, prices seem fair and they're not going to do work on your car that you don't need.

Except for a 4 year stint living in Scottsdale, AZ, I've been bring my 1989 560SL to DP for servicing since 1995. Mike is always very helpful and Ken (as I understand) is very familiar with this series of vehicles having worked on them at the factory level. No upsell and no BS, just good service.

Dynamic Performance has done an excellent job on my Volvo. Milos knows Volvos inside out. He keeps my car running beautifully. I appreciate his concern for safety. He does top notch work. I have had many mechanics work on the Volvos I have owned. He is by far the best. That is not all, the service managers are always helpful and explain everything I need to know. Mike is usually the person who helps but I have also been helped by Ken and Ben. Always excellent customer service provided. Anthony helped me to maneuver my car. The whole team is great!

I recently brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. The shop was very honest with me after completing the inspection and advised me of all the parts that would need to be repaired/replaced. Without getting this inspection done, I would have been in the hole for at least 5k. And they also did the inspection for free. Overall great experience and would definitely go back in the future.

Do not trust Dynamic they lie & are very dishonest!! I just took my Mercedes to them for an inspection because I am selling it and they said "motor oil was filthy and that it shows not being changed regularly". I just had the oil changed 2 days ago and I do it religiously! So I went back to the place that changed my oil & told them what Dynamic had stated & my guy showed me that the oil was clean & clear. Also Dynamic said that my tires are 5 years old & should be replaced regrardless of wear, my mechanic said that is not true & they look fine. I also just looked it up on Consumer Reports and it states SUGGESTED every 6 years but definitely before 10 years! I would not trust this place!! Read the reviews, reviews don't lie like they do!!

These guys are a welcome relief from the predatory practices at most dealerships. They are all factory trained and have long experience working in the dealership shops, so they are all factory trained.They won’t push repairs you don’t need.They do the work required and do it right.I have been taking my car here for a few years and won’t go back to the dealerships unless I have a recall or something else forces me to go to the dealership.Services: Transmission

My go to mechanic when my car needs service. I drive in from Torrance. Rick has always been so helpful. I never feel like they are "finding " something wrong with my car. My concerns are always addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

I've been going to this shop for the past 8 years. Took my car in for service, ran better before I took it in. I had an oil change, air conditioning service and casket fixed. Picked up my car and it was running badly. Took it back and took a ride with one of the guys from the front office. He said, we need to add transmission fluid. Waited for an hour..the mechanic took it for a drive. They said that it was ready. I drove and it was doing the same thing. I had to leave it there for an additional 3 days, they had already had it for 3 days. I was given a loaner car that was on empty, the gas light was on. The car drives better but still drives a little rough under a certain speed. This was once my go to spot, don't think I will ever go there again. They had always done great work. It was the first time they did a transmission service, I would not recommend them for this service. I went back and forth thinking about rating them, I had to be honest. No happy for the first time!

I have been using this shop for over 4 years now, they service both of my C300's. I don't have any complaints. They have always been professional, honest and up front about everything with me. Would absolutely recommend.

My business partner and I were looking to buy a car for the company and identified one at Dynamic Performance. We went down to test drive the car and the "check engine" light came on. When he brought that to the attention of the managers at DP, they said they thought it was some sort of deposit buildup and that they would check it and get back to my partner so he could decide whether or not to purchase it. We were ready to buy it cash, but even after several follow-up calls, they told him they didn't have time to do what they promised but that they would call him once they did it. Today we found out they sold it, presumably as is. They never called him. They could have told him that they would sell it to the first person who walked through the door after he did. Apparently, they did not value his business now or in the future. This is terrible customer relations and I would never recommend doing business with any establishment that treats potential customers this way. Very disappointing. Caveat emptor.

Had my 2016 BMW M3 oil changed here. The team was really nice and accommodating to my schedule. They also checked out my tires and made some recommendations. Thank you so much for honest work!

I’m overall dissatisfied with my experience with Dynamic Performance/MBZ best. Initially I brought my BMW X5 in for a check engine light relating to a cord sensor with the passenger airbag—should’ve been an easy fix.After diagnosing my vehicle, I received an estimate for “recommended” repairs for ~$7,500. My vehicle was driving fine so I asked for only the absolutely necessary repairs to keep me driving. DP recommended a repair estimate that included hoses, coolant, leaks and steering coupling totaling $4,500. DP told me my vehicle would be repaired and ready within 2-3 days.3 days pass, no updates of any kind from DP. I called and was told worse case my vehicle would be ready in another 3 days. 3 additional days pass, still no update. I call again and this time I’m told they’re waiting on a part and that part should be in within two days. Two more days pass, no update. At this point, I physically stop by DP to inquire, and was told they guarantee the part will be in “any day now.” I ask for absolute worse case, DP says no more than 4 additional days. 5 more days pass, no update. This time I call, was told the person (Richard) familiar with my status was out and to call back the next day. I was also told that the person I was speaking to (Mike) wasn’t in the office and therefore didn’t have my paperwork. I asked if I stored the number incorrectly or if the DP number was forwarded to a cell phone as the number I dialed is listed under DP. After about 5 seconds of silence, Mike admitted he was actually in the office but didn’t feel like going to retrieve my paperwork as he was doing about three different jobs at the same time. At that point, I press for a status and after more stammering, I insist my vehicle is reassembled, ready for my pickup the next day. I was also offered and promised a rental vehicle since DP had my vehicle for so long. I never received the rental vehicle nor an update on the rental vehicle. The owner (Mike) literally told/explained to me how the industry doesn’t like to be upfront and take accountability for mishaps and how he just plays the game the same way.I also mentioned to Mike how I had to personally call, track down or visit his facility for an update and was told they were basically too busy to personally provide me updates. Unacceptable to say the least— I’ve witnessed Mike on several occasions watching TV on his phone. Mike was a friendly enough guy, but his and his staff’s customer service was downright horrible. It’ll be interesting to see if DP responds to this review. If they respond, I anticipate the “canned” response of “we appreciate your feedback and are disappointed we didn’t meet your expectations” blah, blah. Considering all, I expected DP to compensate me by reducing the total price for my troubles. Wait, actually Mike did state he’d “take care of me” when the final bill arrived by “knocking the total price down for your troubles” but instead didn’t reduce the bill one cent. Poor customer service, and “bait and switch” tactic is what I felt. I was without my vehicle for over two weeks when I initially promised 2-3 days. The delay was due to an undisciplined process, lack of accountability and poor customer service. I’ll shop elsewhere for future repairs.Services: Steering/Suspension
