This review goes out to Nicole and Marie! I have to give credit when credit is due and these two ladies were wonderful. Nicole was so pleasant and helpful and gave great recommendations for my trip. She was very professional and kind to every person she met. Marie helped me with check out and she was also very professional, incredibly polite and just has a great demeanor about her.

Online prints are absolutely atrocious to get. What should've taken a half hour, took almost 4 hours. It freezes, clears the photos you've taken, automatically adds things to your cart. Positively will never be getting photos from here ever again

The MinuteClinic was so good for me I checked in within 2 mins I was being called back the nurse was so nice n pleasant I had a sinus infection and I was feeling bad she took care of me so quick my insurance covered the visit I paid for the meds my visit was all of 5 mins wasn't rushed at all she explained everything ! I would return quicker than urgent care and I made this appointment last night n got it the next day !!!!!

The manager was very rude and passive aggressive during an exchange of a stained item. She then made several snarky comments as my friend and I walked out. The single star is for the cashier that helped us out.

This is a CVS in a pretty upscale area. But they are still out of many items on the shelves. And a lot of items are behind locked cases. It's really a bit of a depressing shopping experience to see many products that one wants to get but you have to track down a associate They seem to be constantly out of certain products like eye care. Plenty of parking available. TL/dr: nicer store but still lots locked up; ample parking

If you want your vaccinations posted to your digital card, cvs hads sadly failed in that department. We got our last Covid booster in April and cvs manhattan beach has not posted it to the state. I've called the store and corporate and even had a call with corporate and the store on the phone. In that last call I was assured that cvs was going to "resend" our vaccine info to the state. That call was 6!weeks ago and our state cards are still not updated. We have gone to cvs Hermosa beach and Walgreens manhattan beach and they have posted our information immediately.

The minute clinic here is absolutely waste of time. I particularly don’t like how they won’t even bother to check to see if you have a copay before your visit. So I’m essence, they would rather you come there and check. As oppose to just let you know over the phone. Not sure if it has to do with procedure or if they’re just too lazy to check. I truly did not think it would be that hard to check. But they don’t care to. And furthermore, refuses to.
