The worst customer service! You can never reach a pharmacist if you need it. They put you on hold forever and hang up eventually. It’s happened several times to me and I have to go there in person to answer questions or refill mistakes.

It's a huge headache getting a prescription transfer in from another CVS pharmacy. Staff here will yell you they're getting your prescriptions together & you'll show up & it absolutely won't be the case. Super frustrating!

I understand that the pharmacy has to close to take lunch since they are under staffed; however, if I come right before lunch and you refuse to fulfill the prescription that already in the system that is poor customer service! Especially when it is for a sick child standing right in front of you, that now has to go back home and wait and then go back out again! Shame on you!

I had my BEST experience today at CVS. I have been very sick with acute bronchitis. Teladoc sent in 2 of the 3 prescription…forgetting the most important, azithromycin. Realizing that it was Sunday and the pharmacy was closing at 6pm, the pharmacist did an amazing job following up with Teledoc’s web of 800 numbers and was able to fill my prescription 15 minutes before closing. I honestly think I would not have had my prescription tonight if it worked for the extra efforts of my pharmacist. I will never go anywhere else.

Please stop your automatic phone calls. I am getting 4-5 phone automatic calls from this pharmacy per week. I opted out from all communication settings and even removed my phone number from my cvs account but still getting spam calls and automatic voice messages.

Not a good experience here. Come back in 15 minutes, they said. Came back, and now they do not have my prescription, but the pharmacy down the street has it. Ready in another 30 minutes they say... Skip this one!

Best pharmacy team in the South Bay. Hands down. These guys are pros, they get things filled fast, they are considerate and calm even when checking insurance with a line of 10. Really though, their success and customer relationships are never on display more than when they know their customers, and start to pull their prescriptions when they see them in line to expedite the pick-up experience. CVS should model every location after how this one operates. Pharmacists are excellent, pleasant, and listen if you have a concern.
