Negative Stars. On July 24, 2021 I was brutally assaulted by crazed Evil CVS Pharmacy Manager, Vi Nguyen. I went in for Pfizer Covid 19 vaccination. It was 10:30am on a Saturday. It was not busy. I was wearing a long sleeve shirt. I sat in chair and rolled up my sleeves. There was absolutely 0 communication from Vi Nguyen about rolling down my sleeves or removing my shirt. I lift up my arm and she just within seconds jabs me into the middle of my arm. She then just walk away like I never even existed. I didn't realize that I had just been physically assaulted and that my arm would be permanently mutilated. About 2.5 weeks later I am back at CVS.,This time to buy Advil because my arm pain would not go away. I went to pharmacy and talked to Marium. She was super nice pharmacist. I still had my bandaid on and I asked her should I be concerned that after so much time that I still have extreme pain in my arm. She looked at me like she had seen a ghost!!! It was the most horrifying look that I have ever seen in my life. It's at that point I realized something was terribly wrong! She said that I was jabbed way too low in the arm. She could not believe that this really happened.I gave here my vaccination card and asked who did this to me. She said that Vi Nguyen. She said Vi is the CVS Pharmacy Manager and she said that's the person that you would ideally want to jab you. A few days later I went back to CVS and finally confronted Vi Nguyen. I removed my shirt and showed her the bandaid and where she jabbed me. She said with a surprised and horrified look that I was really low. She then said immediately "that if someone does not remove their shirt as asked then I can only roll up the sleeves so high. While she said this she bent over and mimicked like she was rolling up sleeves.,My response back to her was that she never asked me to roll up my sleeves. She then just looked at me and said,"well I don't remember you." She said it in such a way to make me feel like a total nothing. No remorse at all. No apology for her jabbing me into my Tendons. Instead she tried to put the blame on me. This is a sick evil Monster., But she is not even done putting me down. She ostracizes me for not getting a second jab to make me feel like a more worthless piece of crap. I asked her if the vaccine even worked because it was NOT jabbed into my Deltoid Muscle., She said she had no clue and that she is not a Doctor. She said maybe I have nerve damage but she is not sure. I asked her if my arm will be okay and she said she had no clue because she is not a Doctor. She kept telling me that she can't help and to see a Doctor. No apology. No remorse., She has no human empathy. Vi Nguyen is the personification of evil. After 2 years I still suffer from daily 24/7 severe arm pain. I have been diagnosed with Chronic Tendinitis. It's a horrible horrific diagnosis. My Doctor said she jabbed me into the worst and most dangerous place possible which was into my small tendons instead of my large fat Deltoid Muscle. All because my shirt was covering up my Deltoid Muscle., CDC and Pfizer said jab must be administered into Deltoid Muscle. Below Deltoid is tendons and soft tissue and it would be extremely dangerous to administer below Deltoid. I have several follow on injuries in trying to control my chronic arm pain. I did cold-laser, ice pack, heat, and creams. All of which caused permanent burns to my arm. I have had to get Cortisone injects which are extremely painful. Worst of all, I was put in a heavy dose of Prednisone. Prednisone caused me to have bad internal bleeding and nerve damage around my eyes and hair thinning. Because of Prednisone damage I have Chronic Stomach pain and I have extreme difficulty going to the bathroom. I have daily 24/7 chronic hemorrhoids., This is a horrible horrible way to live now. I have all of these horrific injures all because of an Evil Monster that has 0 human empathy. Could not take 20 seconds and say hey this guy is a human being with a family and friends that is just trying to pro

It was a quick stop because I only had five minutes to get to my appointment at another spot nearby. I needed to pick up a couple of hair products. This is my first run here, so with the time limit I had, I had hoped I'd find them fast. And I did. The only reason that happened is because of how clean and organized that aisle was, as with all the other aisles I went through. These are the kind of quick runs I like! Get in, get stuff, get out! And with plenty of time to spare to get to my appointment. Me likey.

This store consistently closes before the posted closing time of 11pm (on Google and at the store). I have seen the closing employee just drive off as I approached the locked doors at 10:40pm. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy hours are posted dishonestly. (On line and at the pharmacy counter). The pharmacist takes a 30 minute lunch break. The manager explains that the pharmacy isn’t closed for that time. You just can’t receive any service or medication that involves a pharmacist. The solution is a total mystery to them. Possibly they just don’t care that customers wait.

Hours for pharmacy are fraudulent. Posted hours 8:00am to 9:00pm. There is no backup for the pharmacist. She goes to lunch and you wait.Manager says that customers were advised somehow. He claims that the pharmacy is actually open, just not for anything that requires a pharmacist?!

Can't believe there could be any poor reviews on this place. Everyone who works there has gone out of their way to help me over the years. Not one single bad experience. The Pharmacy is fantastic. Vi, Candy, Danielle, the other pharmacist with dark hair, they are all great! The store is clean and well stocked. Su is a great manager, if 3 people in line they get another cashier. Trust me, best drug store around.

The pharmacists are quite unhelpful. I went in to get a prescription which I thought was the "rest of the original" prescription but it was actually a refillSo it technically wasn't ready and insurance doesn't pay if it's too soon. Which I completely understand. However...the pharmacist questioned me and basically accused me of taking all my medication and wanting a refill before it was time. I did go back and show him my bottle because I was upset and wanted to prove a point but he was so rude and accusatory the first time and it was just a misunderstanding. Also, they will tell you it's ok to "walk-in" for a vaccine and when you get there they won't take walk-ins. Stick with Manhattan Village....pharmacists here have zero customer service.

this is where we get our prescriptions filled. they're fast, like maybe 5 to 10 minutes. we drop off the script, wander around picking up other stuff to buy, and they call us before we've finished shopping. we like the wide aisles during covid. we get our yearly flu shots here too.

I ordered a prescription from my doctor cvs called to explain that prescription was ready. I went to cvs and waited the clerk was telling me she will be right with me. As she was sneezing than told me they were out of stock. They in this time of crisis are very rude they will never get my business again
