This is not just about MB, this is about the website and app. There is no way to contact customer service. The search functions are incredibly inadequate. Mostly, tried to communicate how difficult it is to understand the promotions... I give up.

Pharmacy staff is not knowledgeable. I come in and ask for a flu shot for a 2 year old, after waiting 30 minutes the technician comes back to me "oops we only do 3 and up"

Great customer service! I had a medication change because I moved, the pharmacist helped me quickly and they were very nice.
