Great studio! Amazing instructors, infrared heat, and very clean. They offer a diverse class list and care about you as an individual. Just love it here.

My favorite CPY studio in the south bay based off the studio aesthetics. The studio is modern, clean, and has great heat.Park in the structure on the other side of the street - theres tons of spots!

I've been going to CorePower for over a year, and it's the best yoga studio I've been to. I've practiced yoga for over a decade at more than a dozen studios. This is the real deal. Incredible instructors, extremely clean, and has ample parking. Everyone there is kind, smart, generous, pays attention to detail, and knows their students. They are all highly-advanced practitioners and know how to effectively communicate. The most important thing is they meet students where they are, rather than push for an arbitrary "posture" or some idea of what yoga is "supposed" to be. Ariana is the studio coordinator, and she's also one of my favorite instructors. I went to her Saturday class every morning for over a year. I feel stronger than ever, my mental health is better, and I feel a great internal sense of peace. Never before did I find the internal motivation to keep pushing, but because of these instructors, I've felt empowered to find my limits and keep going.Every instructor at this studio is incredible, and truly is a gift to our community.

I am absolutely APPALLED by my experience tonight at the Manhattan Beach CorePower. I only came to this location because Randi is one of my favorite instructors and I love her 90 min core-restore class which is not offered for 90 min at the other locations. I was so excited to bring my neighbor as a guest who has never been before - I come to yoga on a Friday night to find peace and relaxation and it is usually a safe space. When we walked in there were two blonde girls and Randi behind the front desk then one blonde girl on the other side of the desk. Randi greeted me friendly as always while the others simply stared and didn't even smile back or say hello then as Randi is trying to get my guests email they are literally talking so loud she couldn't hear him- he had to shout out his email because they had zero regard for us what so ever. Once class started the entire first 30 min all we could hear were the employees in the front talking and screaming so loud that it complete ruined the experience. I actually went out and said that all we could hear was her screaming and she was ruining the class for us because it was that bad- she literally said nothing...while giving me the meanest glare... no apology or consideration at all, like god forbid I interrupted her shouting. I have to go tell your employees to please be quiet and considerate of others in a yoga studio?! It was quiet for about 15 min then the door slamming began, cabinets banging, stomping around, literally being as loud as they could and it felt intentional. I mean how can anyone focus or relax when the people who work there are being so absurdly loud and disrespectful. I am so disturbed, I will never be treated like that by anyone ESPECIALLY when I choose this studio and pay $200 a month to be there. It's safe to say my friend will never be coming back or joining CorePower after this experience. It created a very negative and restless environment for anyone that attended our class this evening. I seriously love Randi and I felt bad for her because she had to keep shutting the door due to their noise and it kept heating up- all the instructors at the Torrance and Redondo location are so welcoming, kind, mature and calm- always, it is usually my favorite part of my day. But this was the most awful experience I've ever had.

Love this studio! The facility is clean and there are several showers to use. There are also hairdryers to use if needed. Parking is quick and easy. The Manhattan village has lots of free parking so that's not an issue. I park by Anthropology as that's closest to the studio. Came for a 5:30pm C2 class on Wednesday and it was a packed full class.

Love this studio! The teachers are very friendly, with a wide variety if classes offered. If you're coming later in the day (aka when the mall opens) I would definitely recommend getting there at least 20 minutes early to find parking. Been coming almost a year now to this location and am looking forward to my next class!

I really do love this location but there are a few things that I don't love. One being that the actual studio rooms are so small. It would have been smarter for them to just have one big room. Each room might be able to fit 20 people so some classes fill up fast and if you make it in, you might be shoulder to shoulder. That can be really annoying especially during a sculpt class where you need room to workout. Even a regular yoga class, some moves require more space! One of the reasons I signed up for a CPY membership is because of their CSX class. Right before I signed up, I saw about 3 CSX classes in a week schedule in the South Bay Area (2 being here). After I signed up, there suddenly is only 1 CSX class. This location took both CSX off their schedule. No explanation. I really hope they start offering more of those classes. Another complaint I have is that they need to be on top of cleanliness here.. I took 2 classes back to back and the 2nd instructor just came in to spray a disinfectant all over the floor but it really needed to be mopped after a super hot, super sweaty sculpt class.. there was so much sweat all over the floor. I was a little appalled that it wasn't mopped up before the next class came in.

Oh my goodness. For all you guys who think soft, gentle, easy when you think of yoga, try their yoga sculpt, and you will have the best rude awakening. What an amazing workout, in a beautiful, nice clean facility, stocked with amenities. And one of the nicest parts of town, Manhattan Beach. Such a Zen setting overall.I am writing this in my euphoric post workout state. I pray everyone in the world can have this kind of experience at least once in their lives.

I don't recommend this studio if there's the possibility that you're even 1 minute late. I have taken class here a few times. Unlike other studios (even other corepower studios), they don't have receptionists here. The teacher checks you in, and the teacher will lock the door exactly at class time. So if you're even one minute late, you will be locked out. They will then charge you for missing the class. Parking is also not always easy since it's a busy strip mall. In my case, I showed up 10 minutes before class and had difficulty finding parking and got stuck behind someone driving incredibly slow looking for a spot. Not worth it with so many other hot studios around with professional management.

I love Sam G.'s Tue/Thurs 6:30am C2 class. She gives the best yogi, zen vibes & I feel so refreshed after every class that it is worth waking up that early! She will also modify some ab poses for me since I am in my third trimester of pregnancy.
