Came in to open a bank account and they couldn't help me because they didn't have a banker? That is the most absurd thing I've heard from a financial institution. First and last visit.

I was in the area, and stopped by this Chase to make a deposit. There was only 1 teller working, named Sonia. Besides being very monotone, when I asked her for a roll of quarters she had the audacity to laugh. I am not sure what is amusing about a customer asking for a roll of quarters - as that is part of your job description. When I asked what was funny, she said I could've told her that at the beginning of the transaction. It seems to me like she was just annoyed she had to do 1 additional step of her job. This was definitely the worst customer experience I have ever had at Chase! Next time, I will definitely avoid the headache and go to my local Chase.

Wow! So many bad reviews and now I know why. Went in to open new accounts and was...dare I say...profiled. Yes, I was dressed super casually coming from a workout and I'm a 'person of color', but this is the South Bay, right? The bank manager had the worst attitude and responded to my queries with disdain. Guess I'll try BOA with my $55K deposit.

Chase Bank has the most I knowledgeable employees and they often made big mistakes in my accounts. However, since I had been with them for decades I stayed with them. The reason for my stay was the online banking and the fact that I was able to take control of my own banking. I may visit a branch once a year. After putting up with their constant updates, last month I received a notification that my iPhone 6 is no longer compatible with their application and I must use the website. Their website is slower than Government websites!!! The result is that they kicking me out of their business after 35 years. This is how much they care about their customer. That's a shame. They were Washington Mutual when I joined them. #Chasebank#Shame#shame maryam z

This bank is beyond AWFUL. First thing: the bank is always busy and there is only one teller to serve ALL customers, while 2 guys in private offices seem to do nothing but play Words With Friends together. I left a message for the head of Private Client accounts Thursday morning and was told he'd call back the same afternoon. It's now Sunday. Does anyone really think he'll call Monday? Finally. NEVER EVER let them invest your money. The very first day they made "boilerplate" moves-- that is, use the same exact strategy for everyone and within 24 hours had cost me $40,000 in the stock market. Yes: a 4 and four zeros. This branch is close to criminal. Criminally stupid?

So I never give give bad reviews to places but my experience at this bank was just ridiculous So after waiting 15 minutes in line I approached the counter and tell the lady I need my final balance on my auto loan because I want to pay it off in full after about five minutes she tells me I owe $350 so I handed her $400 she gives me a receipt for $400 payment and says thank you have a great day So I said excuse me don't get change so the manager walks over and says yes you owe$380 and proceeds to hand me $20 back so I question here because the first lady told me I only owed 350 so after about 20 minutes at the counter I finally received the correct change. I've always liked chase banks but I would highly recommend avoiding this one

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service here. They will make you wait over an hour for service because you are not a priority to them. The bank tellers are arrogant and rude.

I totally agree about Suheel! He is very nice and accommodating. He makes sure that everything is well taken care of. I always look for him everytime i come here. He's one of the reasons why i love banking with chase and why i love this branch so much!

When my credit unions were all closed the day after Thanksgiving, these guys were open and friendly too! Nice new bank with open floor plan.
