Worst Over the Phone Customer Service Ever! Not at all an efficient approach to handeling basic bank matters in a considerate and professional manner. This is not at all quality banking one should trust.

I LOVE this branch. Everyone is professional and attentive. I got a sincere welcome. After our pleasantries, I asked for help in setting up an automatic payment. The teller told me that the feature can be found on the app and I'll be able to easily navigate the web site. I told him I was technically challenged. He told me he would see who was available to assist me. He returned and said that I will be next as soon as someone wraps up his call with a customer. He didn't know how long it would be, would I like to make an appointment or wait? That was alright by me, I'll wait, I had freed up the rest of the day to get this done!I am so delighted that I went in. Tyler worked his magic so I had less clicking to do when I want to make a manual payment. We hit a couple of glitches along the way (My doing. For example, I had the wrong user name AND I forgot my password.) I wasn't shamed or made to feel like a dope. Tyler was so patient. Big plus! It took a little longer, but well worth it. Dare I say I actually had an enjoyable experience. There, I said it. I had a good time on something that would have taken me forever to try to do on my own. I'd end up having to go in anyway. Customer service at its finest right here! Highly recommend. 5 stars! There is one thing I must insist on, bring a mask! The city has unresolved sewage problems. Restaurants and other businesses next door have the same "unpleasant scent" in their establishments. Because this is not their fault, I will not take a star away. For me to tolerate such a foul stench and get support from this Chase branch, you know they must be exceptional. Thank you Chase Manhattan Village branch for making any bank task here a pleasure!

Once you get assistance everyone is generally nice. But be prepared to wait a minimum of 15-20 min just to get up to the teller. I am not sure if they are understaffed or what but they usually only have one to two tellers. Better luck just driving to another branch.

Jennifer Salas was completely not understanding. She does not listen and rushes you. Completely rude.

Worst branch! Wait for assistance for 15 minutes as associates walk by and ignore customers. Finally someone came up to say they can't help anyone and to go to another branch 3 miles a way.Better served to go across street to Wells.Been customer for decades and they treat you like you at inconsequential.Worst.

Worst experience ever! went in with my mom to get an account fixed, apparently, they open the wrong account but I made an appointment to get the right account open for my mom. My appointment was rescheduled for this location and the rep I spoke to stated he scheduled a Spanish speaker and He also confirmed the paperwork I was bringing in was all I needed. Upon my arrival, I noticed there is no greeter or any place for customers to sign in. I had to walk over and ask where I sign in, he asked who I was there to see and I told him I had an appointment with Andrew, he then walked us over to his desk and stated he would be with us soon. This is when the nightmare started. Andrew walked over with his hands in the air saying what's going on here. He sounded so upset that we were there, I said excuse me and he said it again. I then said good morning would be the best way to start the conversation and he said well I have an appointment coming in. I said yes, I am your appointment and he stated he was still helping someone, so I asked so are you saying you need us to move and said yes. He walks over to the customers he was helping but never brought them over to his desk. I was livid how he had spoken to my mother and I and asked to speak to a manager to express our concern. Finally, after he had a brief conversation we went back to Andrew, we explained the situation and provided the letters from social security and chase, and placed them on his desk. minutes later the manager came back saying for Andrew to see him, when he came back he said we actually needed designation letters from social security or a check. I again was so upset because they were on his desk and I told him that there are no checks because it's all direct deposit. So because the letters were in Spanish he could not help us, I again went to speak to the manager Mike, and at that point, he did not seem to care and said they don't have anyone that speaks Spanish. I showed him exactly the spot they just needed to understand, the letter clearly read social security and it had who the rep payee was for the beneficiary but that wasn't enough and he didn't care to see that the deposits were already going into the account. I asked for his boss's name and he refused to provide it to me saying I had to contact customer service. Andrew was the banker and Nick was the manager. I went and took my mom to my credit union and they helped me in a heartbeat without hesitation and the account is now open. I'm so glad I took my mortgage out of chase and I will be helping my mother move all her accounts out of here because they are so careless.

Worst branch ever. I have never felt disrespected like that in my life. I went in with my girlfriend and they basically kicked us out. I was talking to a banker and was instantly cut off by one of your managers and told me to just go online for the information that I'm looking for. How do you want to keep costumers or gain new ones with and attitude like that. As a costumer I'm going in because the information online is not so easy to understand especially if your applying for a loan. You guys didn't even give me a chance. You just instantly cut me off and sent me off. If you guys practice online banking then why you have such a big staff there why do you have desk in the establishment. I would think that with me being a costumer for with an open account for 7 years you would show a little more hospitality. I'm officially canceling my account. Don't want anything to do with this bank.

They have 1 ATM, huge parking lot, 1 handicapped parking spot in front of the branch.
