Good luck trying to get someone on the phone. Customer service is non-existent. Called for days. No one ever answers.

I went to deposit a check into my business trust account. The bank teller at this Chase Branch deposited this check into the WRONG ACCOUNT. You got that right, they deposited a check into someone else's account!! If that's not next-level incompetence, I don't know what is. To make matters worse, they would not pick up their phone, so I had to go back in person to inquire about this missing transaction. I was told by another teller that my account would be credited by the end of the day. I left, then a few hours later, got a call saying my account would NOT be credited by the end of the day. I explained the importance of clearing the funds--that additional checks would be paid out from the funds I deposited yesterday. They said they're "attempting" to put a rush on it. All of this was 100% Chase's fault, yet they would not credit my account with the proper deposit by the next business day when my business depends on it. UN-BE-LIEVABLE. They also did not have a manager contact me and instead only the branch teller supervisor has been looking into this. If you want to deal with a competent bank, go elsewhere. Your money might literally disappear.

Like banging your head against a brick wall….Communication poor. No one gets back to you. Can’t get through by phone and email is pointless. Go to the Credit Union on Artesia instead.

Awful customer service. They have a lobby full of empty cubicles because they have gotten rid of most humans. They do not want to talk to you. One person will yell at you from behind 2 inch plexiglass and tell you to use the ATM. Stay away!

Came in to open a bank account and they couldn't help me because they didn't have a banker? That is the most absurd thing I've heard from a financial institution. First and last visit.

I was in the area, and stopped by this Chase to make a deposit. There was only 1 teller working, named Sonia. Besides being very monotone, when I asked her for a roll of quarters she had the audacity to laugh. I am not sure what is amusing about a customer asking for a roll of quarters - as that is part of your job description. When I asked what was funny, she said I could've told her that at the beginning of the transaction. It seems to me like she was just annoyed she had to do 1 additional step of her job. This was definitely the worst customer experience I have ever had at Chase! Next time, I will definitely avoid the headache and go to my local Chase.

Wow! So many bad reviews and now I know why. Went in to open new accounts and was...dare I say...profiled. Yes, I was dressed super casually coming from a workout and I'm a 'person of color', but this is the South Bay, right? The bank manager had the worst attitude and responded to my queries with disdain. Guess I'll try BOA with my $55K deposit.

I came in to change my name on multiple accounts and Roderick Telan was extremely helpful, welcoming and very well spoken. He did his due diligence to make sure any business and personal accounts have the new name and correct address on them. He got me some new checks as well.I was very happy with the experience and would come back and ask for him again!

Chase Bank has the most I knowledgeable employees and they often made big mistakes in my accounts. However, since I had been with them for decades I stayed with them. The reason for my stay was the online banking and the fact that I was able to take control of my own banking. I may visit a branch once a year. After putting up with their constant updates, last month I received a notification that my iPhone 6 is no longer compatible with their application and I must use the website. Their website is slower than Government websites!!! The result is that they kicking me out of their business after 35 years. This is how much they care about their customer. That's a shame. They were Washington Mutual when I joined them. #Chasebank#Shame#shamemaryam z

Came here today, but the teller with the glasses needs to be more professional. She didn’t even greet me , and cut me off when I was talking.

They have 15 people in suits ready to help you use a machine. But none of them are willing to help you actually bank. I'd prefer to just have a person help me. Get more tellers. Also, I popped a tire pulling into your parking lot. I pulled in and it hit something and just exploded. I was there to cash a two hundred dollar check... which went to my new tire. I'm never going back.
