They don't answer the phone. To schedule an appointment the direct you to their website making it nearly impossible to ring them directly. Their website does not accept appointments for newly created accounts. New account creation process is broken with no way to contact the branch to get it sorted in person. If you call the toll free number, they tell you you have to schedule an appointment with the branch directly to sort it.

I would stay away from this location. They don’t honor appointment times for new accounts you just have to hope that there is someone there that can help.

I came in to order international money for a trip and I requested small bills cause the country im going to is difficult to use large bills. I opened my envelope when I got home and they are all large bills and very worn. Pen marks all over them, ink stamps, etc. some so worn they look like they are going to rip. very unimpressed and will try to fix this but leave tomorrow and doubt I can exchange for smaller bills.

This is my go-to Chase branch! The customer service is warm and caring. My new private client personal banker, Christina, is stellar! She’s gone above and beyond helping me open my new business accounts and cards, continuing to demonstrate genuine concern for how things are running months after I set them up! She’s always friendly, courteous, professional and makes my bank “problems” her personal mission to solve! The business accounts manager and branch manager have also taken the time to introduce themselves to me and seemed very personable and well-meaning. I feel assured I’m in competent and caring hands here.

I don’t usually go to this branch, but had a meeting close by and had to take care of something with my accounts.Christina was amazing! She helped me with what I needed and also brought up other things I hadn’t thought about before, which my usual banker never mentioned. This may be my new branch. Christina is worth the drive!

Needed an atm, this was the closest. Surprised at this location no cash! I can’t rate workers inside but this is unacceptable at a very but location.

Worst Over the Phone Customer Service Ever! Not at all an efficient approach to handeling basic bank matters in a considerate and professional manner. This is not at all quality banking one should trust.

As a Chase Private Client, I highly recommend Ricardo Enriquez, he has amazing customer service, and his support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This branch is not like any other Chase, they go above and beyond the call of duty.

I LOVE this branch. Everyone is professional and attentive.I am so delighted that I went in. Tyler was patient and very helpful. I had an enjoyable time on something that would have taken me forever to try to do on my own. Customer service at its finest right here! Highly recommend. 5 stars!There is one thing I must insist on, bring a mask! The city has unresolved sewage problems. Restaurants and other businesses next door have the same "unpleasant scent" in their establishments. Because this is not their fault, I will not take a star away. For me to tolerate such a foul stench and get support from this Chase branch, you know they must be exceptional. Convenient, accessible and ample parking. Thank you Chase Manhattan Village branch for making any bank task here a pleasure!

I LOVE this branch. Everyone is professional and attentive. I got a sincere welcome. After our pleasantries, I asked for help in setting up an automatic payment. The teller told me that the feature can be found on the app and I'll be able to easily navigate the web site. I told him I was technically challenged. He told me he would see who was available to assist me. He returned and said that I will be next as soon as someone wraps up his call with a customer. He didn't know how long it would be, would I like to make an appointment or wait? That was alright by me, I'll wait, I had freed up the rest of the day to get this done!I am so delighted that I went in. Tyler worked his magic so I had less clicking to do when I want to make a manual payment. We hit a couple of glitches along the way (My doing. For example, I had the wrong user name AND I forgot my password.) I wasn't shamed or made to feel like a dope. Tyler was so patient. Big plus! It took a little longer, but well worth it. Dare I say I actually had an enjoyable experience. There, I said it. I had a good time on something that would have taken me forever to try to do on my own. I'd end up having to go in anyway. Tried using outdoor atm to deposit cash kept denying it and spitting the cash out for no reason. Machine kept saying “please take money” fix this error please since there is only 1 atm and it’s outdoors it should be able to function correctly. Would have preferred chase closed this location and kept the one on Rosecrans open.

Once you get assistance everyone is generally nice. But be prepared to wait a minimum of 15-20 min just to get up to the teller. I am not sure if they are understaffed or what but they usually only have one to two tellers. Better luck just driving to another branch.
