Labor Day Monday, 9/5. No ATM installed outside so therefore I could not patron today. The branch had a courteous sign stating it would be closed but did not offer any alternative to ATM access.

Not sure why this branch has such low ratings. Everyone there are so nice and welcoming. I have never waited in line to make a deposit. Always smoothing sailing for me. I changed froM BofA on Highland because the wait was at least 30 minutes to an hour.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR SAFE DEPOSIT BOX! THEY WILL ROB YOU!I had money, watches, and a diamond ring. They did an “investigation” and told me they don’t have camera coverage of that area. After I asked Re-investigate and for their insurance they completely neglected me. I’ve been a personal and business customer of Chase for more than a decade. It’s a shame that robberies still exist where your valuables should be “safe.” My lawyer will be handling this soon.

I tried making this civil. I patiently asked them to re-investigate the case or for their insurance coverage on theft. GM told me the district will reach out to me in a couple of days. I haven't heard from them. I have personal and business accounts with Chase for more than a decade. It's a shame that robberies still exist where your valuables should be "safe." My attorney will handle this properly.

Tried to refi my mortgage a few years ago. Worst service ever. Mortgage broker dropped the ball, never followed through. Ended up getting my refi elsewhere and with better rates. Still chasing the money though they charged me and to which they helped themselves to from the account which they asked me to open and pre-fund. Choose Chase if you want to chase your money!
