This place has the worst customer service that someone cannot expect. Compared to the previous experience I had in the store. The employe Andre was very unwelcoming, aggressive, and disrespectful. He became very irritated when I asked to return an item without a receipt. When I continued asking questions about the store return policy he left and walked around the store. He also looked aggressive to me. I can't generalize the store but from my experience Andre is very hostile and I feel he picks what customer he wants to help due to his judgement. Hope my review helps to improve their customer service.

Awful customer service. I was halfway through my garage interior painting project and wanted to pick up a gallon of paint to match my previous paint (as purchased from this store). The stock color from the new gallon did not match. On that same day, I returned and this store wouldn't lift a finger to help out. Just basically said I was stuck with the colors not matching. The crazy thing is, they couldn't even match their own stock color swatch!! So they took my $100 and wouldn't provide a refund. Luckily I was able to find good customer service from different Benjamin Moore store who did match colors and did honor the $100 I spent at this store. Avoid this store!!!

Bought 3 cans of spray paint.. each sprayed for 5-10seconds… I went back to the store and they called me a liar and they don’t know what I’m talking about because they all work.. $45 and u lost a customer .. good work!

I had the pleasure of visiting with Rigo the manager last week. He's a wood stain expert and an invaluable resource for customers with any woodcare project.I personally recommend Sansin's products; after 13 years in the industry, I've not found a better performing finish. The customer service here was exceptional. Despite the store being very busy, the guys working made sure everyone was being helped and taken care of. Manny was so knowledgeable and took his time servicing us. I was truly impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to ensure I was happy with my experience and purchase. This will definitely my go to place for all my painting needs!

These guys consistently knock it out of the ball park in terms of customer service. The staff really takes their time to ensure that you're happy, regardless of the size of your project. I've been in there around 4 times since 2011 and every time I have walked away impressed with the customer service.

When I cam r into this store a few minutes ago the Spanish music was blaring, the men working were yelling at each other over the music. I asked them if they could turn down the sound and they just looked at me. There are other Benjamin Moore stores in this area and I'll go to one of them next time.

We absolutely love this store. I'm addition to BM Paints, they carry Farrow & Ball, the best of the best. Manny helped us, and he is so knowledgeable and so honest! He steered us away from some of the most expensive choices and helped us make the best decision for our home. We are gonna be regulars!
