I LOVE Bardot Salon! I am a regular and an OG customer 10+ years and have known Lisa for 20+ years...they are by far the best salon I have ever been to, such a great vibe, so talented and fast! You get a GORGEOUS cut, color and amazing place...and outta there so fast to go show it off (not like most salons that you are there ALL DAY!!) - I love Lisa, she is the BEST and runs her business with the best integrity...I always feel like a million bucks walking out!

Bardot is awesome, I called up and not even sure who I spoke to, but amazingly receptive to my needs and really listened to what I was in need of with my hair, I explained my current hair issues (Im 50 thinning hair but wanted blonde again and had an issue with my hair turning brassy and or damaged by treatments...the color just had not been right for a while so I went about 6 months without highlights and was READY ) I was scheduled with Lila and I knew in a moment that this was my lucky day! Sweet, kind, fun, and an excellent colorist. Attentive to my needs, conservative in using color and honestly super accommodating to all my stories about my hair and my (what I feel like is) high maintenance requests! Im beyond stoked with my beautiful blonde highlights....just enough and never went through the ORANGE Brassy stage (like I had been experiencing)! My hair feels healthier than ever, and I cant wait to come back for a root blend (maybe she calls it something else...but she really knew what my hair needed then and in the future). My daughter is going in this weekend (if she can get in) and I felt great saying any of the stylists there are amazing if you cant get in Lila as when I was at Bardot (another thing I loved) was how highly Lila spoke about all the stylists and their skills, good vibes, and in general attentive and accommodating customer service. I appreciated that on top of the whole awesome experience, as you can really feel that when you are there. Its a cool place, with experienced and skilled stylists supporting each-other and Im all about the good vibes! "Your hair looks FANTASTIC!" is all I hear after my hair appointments at Bardot. I go to see Lisa every 6-8 weeks and I have been going to see her since before she opened up BARDOT. She is an artist with the scissors. Sometimes I like the same cut and color, however, most times I want to try something new; I have either seen a picture in a magazine or watched a video on YouTube. During my last appointment I had brought along a snipped of my baby hair and asked if she thought the color might work as a highlight (spoiler alert - it did!). Lisa is the consummate professional.

I love this salon! Gorgeous location in Manhattan beach and the salon is always very clean and orderly. I've never had to wait very long. I see Melissa who is AMAZING at color! She does blond highlights for me and I always leave absolutely loving her work. Highly recommend!

So happy I found Lila at this salon! She was amazing! I’ve been getting highlights done for years now and I can honestly say this is the first time I really , really love them! In the 30 years I have been highlighting my hair, I have never had such a poor experience with a hair salon. Worse than the color was the fact that the owner, Lisa proceeded to repeat my dissatisfaction to my ex-husband and based on what he told me, her comments were not flattering. I always thought that the golden rule of stylists was that you never repeated what one customer said to another customer. Guess that Lisa and Bardot didn't get the memo. Bardot is overrated and overpriced.

I always get my hair cut with Asuka. She's friendly and willing to listen to my concerns. Overall, the salon is clean, bright, and uses great products. I highly recommend any one of the stylist.

Must ask for Marlo for color and extensions. I am a bit late posting this as it has been about 4 weeks, super skeptical of tape ins as I had them years ago... however Marlo explained to me what to expect and was very patient as I decided . My hair was a disaster with past extensions and lack of color, left feeling awesome! Price was to be expected and what was quoted was what I paid. She was conscious of my time and kept me informed. Salon was clean, great energy and everyone seems friendly and welcoming. Making an appointment was easy, I called was left on hold so I called back after a few minutes, when I called the day of same thing happened, I understand they are busy and when I called back a few minutes later they were on it. Wish I could book online rather than request but they seem to be quick to respond, let's just say I like instant gratification.... hence extensions!

I've been going to Bardot Salon in Manhattan Beach for a few years now. I've changed hair colors a few times, including blonde and dark chocolate brown. The hair cuts I've received by Heidi and Asuka are amazing - these two have done wonders for my hair. They listen to my requests and are honest about whether a cut or style will work or not with my face shape. They've been great about fitting me in last minute for touchups ahead of photoshoots, which is a big deal for a working model. I would recommend Bardot to anyone - they're fantastic!

The first time I stepped in here I thought,"Wow, this is going to be awesome." And it was. Then I met Melissa. It got even awesomer! They apparently do an amazing Brazilian Blowout, (not to be confused with a Brazilian Wax). Honestly, I am getting a flashing red phone on Melissa's desk; like a batline, but for my hair on my head. When in doubt, let Melissa straighten it out! Or whatever you do to your do. It's not often, that as a guy, you wish you were a girl, just so you could get your hair styled. Melissa does that. asked for layers so my curly hair didn’t weigh down. stylist Marlowe cut an angled bob, all one length and feathery..wtf??? don’t just cut whatever you please.. Never again!
